ChehraPehchano Contest 2014 :
1 :These Terms & Conditions are applicable to all the participants/contestants of the “ChehraPehchano Contest” (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”) promoted / organized by LAXMI ENTERPRISES(hereinafter referred to as LAXMI ENTERPRISES). The Rules can be amended or varied from time to time by LAXMI ENTERPRISES
2 : Winner will be selected by randomly by computer.
3 : The contest is open for residents of India only, who have completed 8 years or more as on the date of entering/participating in the contest.
4 : No entry fee for participation except prevailing standard rates for IVRS.
5 : LAXMI ENTERPRISES will not be responsible in any way for failure of any backend technology of IVRS applications and resultant inability of a listener for participation.
There prizes for the contest will be distributed by LAXMI ENTERPRISES are as follows :
1st – Tata Safari 01
2nd -Maruti Alto 05
3rd – Hero CBZ 10
4th -Nokia Lumia 920 100
6 : The prize shall be given to the winner on production of valid documents for Photo and ID proof. Any failure on the part of the winner to comply with directions issued by LAXMI ENTERPRISES, shall entitle LAXMI ENTERPRISES, in its own discretion to cancel and forfeit the prize for the said winner and then the same prize will be given to the next lucky winner.
7 : All the costs and expenses for collecting the Prize will be borne solely by the winner and LAXMI ENTERPRISES shall not entertain any claim, whatsoever. The winner is solely responsible for any other expenses related to the acceptance and use of the offer.
8 : The Prize shall not be transferable and no request shall be entertained by LAXMI ENTERPRISES for such transfer.
9 : All decisions by LAXMI ENTERPRISES regarding the selection of the winners shall be final and binding
10 : Employees of LAXMI ENTERPRISES and its affiliates/subsidiaries, sponsors of the prizes, associated agencies, participating operators and their immediate family members and relatives are not eligible to participate in this contest.
11 : Participation in the contest implies acceptance of all the terms & conditions associated with the contest.
12 : LAXMI ENTERPRISES shall not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by the participants while participating in the Contest.
12 : Failure by LAXMI ENTERPRISES to enforce any of these Rules in any instance(s) shall not give rise to any claim by any person.
13 : The contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, differences and, or, any other matters in relation to and arising out of the contest and, or, pertaining to the rules and regulations and, or, the Terms and Conditions shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitral tribunal shall consist of a sole arbitrator to be appointed by LAXMI ENTERPRISES. The venue of arbitration shall be Patna.
14 : All disputes shall be subject exclusively to Patna jurisdiction only.

Actually Before 3 days I got cal from this no 9804206753 he said we are callinf from star India limited. You got 1st prize in SMS contest won 13lakhs. First you pay 13thousand 500rz S.B.I vinay Kumar Singh 20224270587 branch barkagaon Ifs code SBIN 0014352. Me too believed them and credit the amount. Once again he called and asking to pay 13.5 to credit the prize amount. We need to know whether it is true or fake?
