Creative Masters Drawing Contest 2014 :
Starting May 1, 2014, Creative Masters drawing contest is open for entries for the following age groups and across the below mentioned themes. Walk in to your nearest ICICI Bank branch to participate and submit your entry today.

Age groups :
Group 1 : 4 to 7 years
Group 2 : 8 to 12 Years
Group 3 : 13 to 17 Years
Group 4 : 18+ years

Themes :
4 to 7 years – My Family
8 to 12 Years – What I want to become when I grow up
13 to 17 Years – World around me
18+ years – Clean world. Green world

Contest Period : May 01, 2014 to June 15, 2014
The contest begins from May 1, 2014 at 9 :00:00 a.m. and ends on June15, 2014 at 11:59:00 p.m. as per Indian Standard Time.

Eligibility :
The participant should be a Retail Banking customer of ICICI Bank. Immediate family members (participant’s parents, spouses, siblings and children) are allowed to participate in the contest. While the contest is exclusively open for Retail Banking customers of ICICI Bank, we invite non-ICICI Bank customers to participate and be part of the social cause initiative of the contest. Only ICICI Bank customers will be eligible for the contest prizes. ICICI Bank employees and their immediate family members are eligible to participate in the contest, however they will not be eligible for participation prize and contest prizes.

How to participate :
Simply visit the nearest ICICI Bank branch to register and submit the entries to participate in the contest.
You can submit a maximum of four drawings across all age groups. All entries can be submitted at any ICICI Bank branch in India

You can choose one of the two ways to participate in the contest :
1. Select a theme, draw at home and bring the drawing to any ICICI Bank branch during branch working hours to register and participate in the contest. The drawing should be made only on a A4 size paper.
OR
2. Walk in to any ICICI Bank branch along with a drawing kit on two Saturdays, May 10 and May 17, 2014. You will get the drawing sheet to draw and submit at the branch.
After registering your entry in the branch, we will send you, your username and password within 72 hours to your mobile number / e-mail id registered with ICICI Bank. If you wish to edit/modify/change the entry, you can visit Creative Masters website  and log on to the ‘My Entries’ page using the username and password.
You can register only once but you can submit more than one entry, if you desire so, subject to a maximum of four entries across all age-groups. However, all the entries of one participant should be submitted under one username.

Voting Period :
** The contest voting period begins from May 19, 2014 at 09 :00:00a.m. and ends on June15, 2014 at 11:59:00 p.m. as per Indian Standard Time.
** Once your entry has been submitted, the drawing will be opened for online voting during the voting period. Any visitor to the website can cast their vote on the drawings available during the voting period. You however can submit only one vote per drawing from a single email id.
** You may also seek votes on your submitted drawings through social networking sites. Against each submission, a link will be displayed to share on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc. You can ask your friends, family and well-wishers to vote for your submission. The voting will be open from May 19, 2014 starting at 09 :00:00 a.m. continuing till June 15, 2014 at 11:59:00 p.m. Any person whether he is an ICICI Bank customer or not, can vote for drawing entries.
** At the time of registration for the contest, you need to provide the details of the city that you belong to. These cities would be mapped to the ICICI Bank Zones, depending on the geographic region you fall under. The winners will be shortlisted from Zones on the basis of online votes submitted.
** The most voted entries will be shortlisted from each Zone and Age Group as Zonal Winners by our Jury panel.

Zone Definition :
Pan India geography is divided into 4 Mega Zones and each Mega Zone is subdivided into following ICICI Bank Zones :
1. East Mega Zone : Andhra Pradesh, Bihar & Jharkhand, North East & North Bengal, Odisha & Chhatisgarh and West Bengal
2. West Mega Zone : Greater Mumbai, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Rest of Maharashtra & Goa
3. North Mega Zone : NCR, Punjab, Haryana , Himachal Pradesh & Jammu & Kashmir, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh & Uttaranchal
4. South Mega Zone : Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala

General Rules :
** The Participant can either be an existing Retail Banking customer of ICICI Bank or an immediate family member of an existing ICICI Bank Retail Banking customer who is eligible to participate in the Contest. While the contest is exclusively open for Retail Banking customers of ICICI Bank, we invite non-ICICI Bank customers to participate and be part of the social cause initiative of the contest. However he or she will be eligible only for the participation prize (if registered for contest through branch) and not for the contest winner prizes. There is no fee for participating in the contest.
** A Participant has to submit entry at the nearest ICICI Bank branch to participate in the Contest
** Participants are encouraged to bring their own drawing kits to the branch.
** Please do not submit/post any spam, foul, indecent, threatening, discriminatory, vulgar and/or any such images that are against public morality, as the same would lead to your disqualification which will be at our sole discretion.
** ICICI Bank reserves the right to examine the original drawing/painting in order to confirm compliance with the Contest rules.
** The Contest should not be used for promoting your business; as any images promoting your business, services etc., would be disqualified.
** The decision of ICICI Bank on the Winner of the contest shall be final.
** Each Participant is allowed to submit a maximum of four drawings across all age groups.
** ICICI Bank reserves the right to free reproduction of the drawings submitted by Customers in all media, but only in connection with this Contest.
** The Participant hereby acknowledges and agrees that ICICI Bank shall use the submitted images in online and offline communication/events related to the Contest.
** The Winner of the Contest shall win Gifts / Prizes which will be communicated to the winners through online communication or will be posted on Website as per the Gift / Prize terms and conditions mentioned below.
** Select drawings submitted by the customers would be auctioned and proceeds of the auction will go towards addressing the social issues portrayed in the drawings. By registering for the contest the participant agrees to allow ICICI Bank to facilitate auction of the submitted drawings for the social cause.

Submission Criteria :
** Participants can walk in to any ICICI Bank branch to submit their entries and participate in the contest.
** Incomplete registration forms submitted shall not be entertained.
** Each Participant is allowed to submit maximum of four drawings across all age group categories. (Maximum 4 drawings per registration)
** The drawing/painting should be on A4 size paper made manually with pencil/sketch-pen/ink-pen/brush/crayons/paint/water colour etc. The A4 size paper measures 21.0 x 29.7 cm or 8.27 x 11.69 inches.

What is Not Acceptable :
** Drawing with obscenity or nudity
** Drawing from websites, books or any registered forums
** Drawing on a paper size other than A4 size
