On the basis of written examination held on 09/06/2013 and eligibility regarding educational qualification, age etc as per Advertisement No. 01/13 and RRs for the post of Staff Nurse (Post Code 20/13) and further clarification regarding equivalent qualification provided by the H&FW Deptt., Govt of NCT of Delhi, the following candidates are provisionally selected and recommended for appointment to the post of Staff Nurse, (Post Code No. 20/13) in H&FW Deptt., Govt of NCT of Delhi. The verification & collection of documents were carried out by the staff deployed from the User Deptt i.e. H& FW Deptt. Govt. Of NCT of Delhi.

At this stage, the result of those candidates, who are on TOP in merit list and fulfilled all the eligibility criteria for the provisional selection, are declared and a final merit list will be declared later on after the result of all eligible candidates are declared. Board is declaring the part result of 303 candidates in UR category, 151 candidates in OBC(Delhi) category, 85 candidates in SC category and 08 candidates in ST category from the TOP of merit list in various categories who have fulfilled all the criteria required for the post.

The selection of the above 547 Candidates (UR-303, OBC-151, SC-85, ST-08) shall further be subject to fulfilment of all the eligibility conditions as prescribed by the statutory RRs and terms and conditions of advertisement as indicated in the advertisement inviting applications and subject to thorough verification of their identity with reference to their photographs, signatures/ handwriting etc. on the application form, admission certificate etc. The candidature of the candidates are liable to be cancelled by the user department also , in case the candidate is found not to be fulfilling the eligibility conditions or due to any other genuine reason. The Competent authority of the department concerned shall issue the appointment letter to the candidate after satisfying themselves of their eligibility as laid down in the recruitment rules and on verification of the correctness of the information/documents/caste certificate furnished in the application forms. Further, the recognition of the universities from which the degree/diploma/certificates have been submitted by the candidates should also be verified . Mere inclusion of name in the result notice does not confer any right upon the candidates over the post.

The User department shall also get the SC/ST/OBC certificates verified from the issuing authority before his/her appointment. Further, in case of the OBC candidates, it may also be verified that the candidate does not belong to creamy layer of the schedule of Govt. Of India, DOPT O.M. No. 36012/22/93-Estt.(SCT) dated 08.09.1993 O.M. No. 36033/3/2004-Estt. (Res) dated 09.03.2004 and O.M.No. 36033/3/2004-Estt. (Res) dated 14.08.2008.

NOTE:
1. All the candidates to please note that it is the part result and the remaining result will be declared very soon. Therefore, till the result of all eligible candidates are declared, the candidates are requested not to make any correspondence to the Board authority.
2. Since, it is only a part result; the final merit list will be prepared and notified after declaring full and final result for all eligible candidates.
3. Only result of SC/ST (Delhi) candidates has been declared as the clarification from Law Deptt./Services Deptt for SC/ST candidates from other state has not been received. The result of remaining candidates will be declared only after receiving the clarification

The result has been processed keeping in view the eligibility conditions regarding educational qualifications, caste certificates etc. as on cut-off date i.e. 20.03.2013.

While every care has been taken in preparing the results, the DSSSB reserves the right to rectify errors and omissions, if any.

This issues with the prior approval of the Competent Authority of DSSSB.
