Applications are invited for filling up of the following posts in the Indian Institute of Packaging (an autonomous body under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry) in its Head Office at Mumbai and the Regional Centers at Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad and Bangaluru and as also some new Regional Centers being set up in the near future
1.Name of the post : Professor / Additional Director
No. of post : (01) One ,OBC-1
Scale of Pay : Pay Band Rs. 37400-67000 (PB–4) + Grade Pay Rs. 8900.00

Qualifications / Experience :
Essential: PhD. Degree in Engineering/ Technology/ Science/ Applied Science in subjects relevant to packaging with good academic record throughout and 10 years experience in teaching / industry / research in related subjects;
OR Post Graduate degree in Engineering/ Technology/Science/ Applied Science in subjects relevant to packaging with good academic record throughout and 15 years experience in teaching/ industry/ research in related subjects.
Experience will be counted in teaching subjects related to Packaging/working in packaging or package user industry/organizations dealing packaging development , research, standardization etc
Desirable: Possession of PG Diploma in packaging.
2.Name of the post : Associate Professor/Joint Director
No. of post : (01) One, UR-1
Scale of Pay : Pay Band Rs. 37400-67000 (PB-4) + Grade Pay Rs. 8700.00

Qualifications / Experience :

OR Post Graduate degree in Engineering/ Technology/Science/ Applied Science in subjects relevant to packaging with good academic record throughout and 10 years experience in teaching/ industry/ research in related subjects.

Qualifications / Experience : Qualifications / ExperienceGraduate possessing elementary knowledge of computer operations and also having proficiency in typing at the speed of 30w.p.m. in English or 25 w.p.m. in Hindi on computers.
Preference will be given to commerce graduate with experience in Tally ERP
4 Name of the post : Watch and Ward Assistant
