It is to inform all those candidates who had applied for the post of Assistant Managers, Junior Clerks, Steno Typists and Programming Assistants, in response to Bank’s Advertisement for Recruitment published on 28th and 29th September 2013, that the On- Line test for the post of Assistant Managers will be held on 16.11.2013( Saturday) and OFF LINE test for the posts of Junior Clerks, Steno-typists and Programming Assistants on 17.11.2013 ( Sunday).
The applicants shall be able to download their call letters w.e.f. 08.11.2013 onwards. All those candidates, who are in possession of their registration no. and password, but are still not being able to download their call letters may contact the Bank’s Recruitment Control Room, functioning at Bank’s Head Office, No-1 Building, The Mall Shimla, along-with proof of fee deposited, viz Counter folio of Challan/ e-receipt generated at the time of registration. Candidates without call letters will not be allowed to appear in the test.
General Instructions:
(1) Please note your roll number, password, date, time and venue address of the examination given in the call letter.
(2) You may visit the venue one day before the Online Examination to confirm the location so that you are able to report on time on the day of the examination.
(3) The call letter should be brought with you to the examination venue along with your recent passport size photograph duly pasted on it.
(4) You must scrupulously follow the instructions of the Test Administrator and Bank Representative at the examination venue. If you violate the instructions you will be disqualified and will be asked to leave the examination venue.
(5) No use of calculators (separate or with watch), books, note books or written notes, cell phones (with or without camera facility), or any other electronic device will be allowed during the examination.
(6) You are required to bring this call letter along with photo affixed thereon and currently valid photo identity proof (such as PAN Card/Passport/Driving License/Voter’s Card with photograph/ Photo Identity proof issued on original letter head by a Gazetted Officer/People’s Representative or Identity Card issued by a recognised College/University (valid in current year)/ Aadhar Card with a photograph/Employee ID) in original.
(7) Your responses (answers) will be analysed with other candidates to detect patterns of similarity of right and wrong answers. If in the analytical procedure adopted in this regard, it is inferred/ concluded that the responses have been shared and scores obtained are not genuine/valid, your candidature may be cancelled and/or the result withheld. Any candidate who is found copying or receiving or giving assistance or engaging in any behaviour unbecoming of a candidate will not be considered for assessment. The Bank may take further action against such candidates as deemed fit by it.
(8) You should bring with you a ball-point pen. A sheet of paper will be provided which can be used for rough work or taking down the question number you would like to review at the end of the test before submitting your answers. After the test is over you should hand over this sheet of paper to the Test Administrator before leaving the venue.
IMPORTANT POINTS TO REMEMBER :
You are advised to bring with you the following ;
(i) Call letter and the photo ID card in Original.
(ii) One Ball point pen.
