Eligibility :
Graduates in any discipline from a recognized University with a minimum of 50 % marks in the aggregate in the Major and Allied subjects are eligible to apply. Students awaiting their final semester results can also apply. The candidate should have taken any one or more of the recognized Common Entrance Tests.
How to Apply :
Obtain from the Institute a prospectus and an application form by paying CASH/ DEMAND DRAFT for Rs. 500 /- ( Rs.525/- by POST) drawn in favour of ST.JOSEPH’S INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT , Payable at TIRUCHIRAPPALLI.
Indicate the name, (TANCET / XAT /CAT/ CMAT) and the Score of the Common Entrance Tests (if available) in your application.
You need not wait for the declaration of the common ENTRANCE TEST results to send in the application. The photocopy of the Hall Ticket of the Common entrance test and send the application form should reach the JIM Office on or before 28 th, May, 2014.
The Candidates shall be short listed on the basis of their previous academic performances , Entrance Test Scores , Group Discussion , Personal Interview etc.,
Selected candidates shall be informed by Post and their application numbers will be displayed on the Notice Board at St. Joseph’s Institute of Management. They should pay the prescribed fees before the date mentioned in the Notice Board / Admission Card.
They have to produce at the time of admission the following documents in the original ;
1. The score sheet / Hall ticket of the Entrance Test ( TANCET/ XAT/ CAT / CMAT) appeared.
2. Mark sheets of the UG Degree / Consolidated mark statement of the UG Degree
3. Provisional and / or Degree Certificate.
4. Transfer Certificate.
5. Conduct Certificate.
6. Community Certificate.
7. Two passport size photos
8. One self addressed stamped cover
