Paytm – Pepsi Free Talktime Offer :
1 : This Talktime Promotion namely, [Free Talktime Offer] (“Offer”) is being brought by PepsiCo India Holdings Pvt. Limited (“PIH”) in association with One97 Communications Ltd.’s (“One97 or Paytm) (collectively referred to in as Organizer) platform, namely Paytm.com and the mobile application of PayTM (‘website’), for Products defined hereinafter.

2 : This Offer is valid in India from March 01, 2014 to August 15,2014 (‘Offer Period’) on purchase of Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Mirinda and 7UP (1 litre, 1.25 litre, 1.5 litre, 2 litre, 2.25 litre), Slice (1.2 litre and 1.75 litre) PET bottles and Kurkure 170g, Lay’s 100g , hereinafter collectively referred to as “Products”.

3 :The Offer is valid for the citizens of India above 18 years of age(except the employees and family members of PIH, its associate companies, its bottlers, its JV partners, its co-packers, its distributors, its Agents, its advertising and promotional agencies and its auditors.), holding valid GSM / CDMA mobile phone connections of the following operators

4 : The Participants using any of the aforementioned Prepaid mobile connections are hereinafter referred to as ‘Prepaid User/s’. The Participants using any of the aforementioned Postpaid mobile connections are hereinafter referred to as ‘Postpaid User/s’. It is clarified that in order to participate in this Offer, the Participant has to either be a Prepaid User or a Postpaid User.

5 : After purchasing the Product, look for the 12 digit code (“Code”) printed on the back of the label. After retrieving this code, the consumer can participate in the Offer through the following two channels and avail the following one-time recharge/discount:

a. Through website :
Prepaid Users can avail a onetime Free-recharge of Rs. 15/- and Post-paid users can avail one time discount of Rs. 15/- on their mobile bill. Visit the Website www.paytm.com or use the Paytm app, insert your mobile number, enter recharge amount of Rs. 15/- and press ‘proceed’. Consumer will then insert the code and register at the Website. Participants already registered with Paytm.com can also use their existing credentials to avail of the Offer. In case the Participant enters an amount higher than Rs.15, it would be on sole volition of the participant and the differential balance amount will have to be paid directly by the Participant voluntarily using any of the online payment options available on Paytm.com.

b. Through SMS :
This option is not valid for Postpaid customers. Prepaid customers with active mobile internet connection can avail a onetime free-recharge of Rs. 10/- by sending Code to 9818181234 by SMS (SMS to 9818181234). The customer will receive a weblink on SMS and upon clicking the weblink and pressing the “proceed” button, the Prepaid User will get onetime free recharge for Rs. 10/-. In case the Participant enters an amount higher than Rs.10/-, it would be on the sole volition of the participant and the differential balance amount will have to be paid directly by the Participant voluntarily using any of the online payment options available on Paytm.com.

6 : In case of any conflict between terms and conditions printed on the back of the label and the website, terms and conditions printed on website shall prevail.

7 : Actual recharge will vary as per the top-up plan of the respective operator and is subject to applicable taxes and levies.

8 : Entries are deemed to be submitted at the time of receipt of the SMS into the Organizer’s data base, and not at the time of transmission by the participants. Organizers do not guarantee delivery of SMS and are not responsible in case the SMS does not reach the specified number due to any reason, including network problem. The database maintained by the Organizer shall be considered final and no correspondence in this regard shall be entertained and participants agree that decision of Organizer in this regard is final and binding on the participants.

9 :The cost of sending an SMS is as per the applicable tariff of the service provider.It is recommended that consumers check with their individual service provider for the tariff rates and PIH will not be liable for such charges in any case.

10 : SMS sent to any other number except mentioned above shall not be considered as valid SMS and hence not entitled to participate in the offer and the prize.

11 : The participant waives conditions of DND register by participating in the contest.

12 :One unique mobile number or a Registered Paytm User can avail this Offer only once during the Offer Period. All subsequent attempts to avail the Offer from the same mobile number or same registered Paytm user ID with a different code or through different channels will be rejected.

13 : The code cannot be redeemed after the expiry of the Offer Period.

14 : Paytm.com may offer the participant to select exciting coupons some of which might be paid coupons for which the participant will have to pay directly using any of the online payment options available on Paytm.com. PIH shall not be responsible for providing any services for such paid coupons

15 : The recharge / discount is non-transferrable, non-refundable; and no cash payment will be made in lieu of this recharge. At any stage, the Organizers reserve their right to call upon the Participant to submit any document for identification purposes as per its sole discretion.
