IMS Recharge Contest For Maharastra & Goa :
This Contest is sponsored, organized and administered by Spice Digital Limited, a company having its registered office at 60 D, Street No. C-5, Sainik Farms, New Delhi – 110062 and corporate office at S Global Knowledge Park, 19 A & 19 B, Sector -125, NOIDA – 201301, U.P, (hereinafter referred to as “SPICE DIGITAL LTD”); Idea Cellular Ltd, a company having its registered office at Suman Tower, Plot No. 18, Sector – 11, Gandhinagar – 382 011 and its circle office addressat, Maharashtra & Goa region(here in after referred to as “Idea Cellular Ltd”).
This Contest is purely on a “best effort” basis and participation is voluntary for the eligible Subscribers of Idea Music Station Service (the “Service”). SPICE DIGITAL LTD in association with Idea Cellular Ltd, reserves the right to participation in this Contest.
Term / Offer or Contest Period :
This Contest is open for a limited period only from 25 Apr 2014 at 00 :00 hrs to 24 May 2014 at 23:59:59 hrs (“Contest Period”).
Eligibility Criteria :
The Contest is open for active pre-paid/post-paid category of cellular subscribers of Idea Cellular Ltd , in telecom circle of MAHARASTRA & GOA (“MH & GOA only (the “Subscribers”). For the sake of clarity, a “Subscriber /Participant” for the purpose of this Contest shall mean and include an individual/person, who is the rightful owner/user of the pre-paid mobile connection of Idea Cellular Ltd, registered in MH &GOA telecom circle and in whose name the mobile connection is active and registered as per the records maintained by Idea Cellular Ltd (and which shall be conclusive). In case a Participant is an employee of a company and the mobile connection used by him is registered in the name of an employing company, the employee /user can participate in the Contest provided that the employing company issues a letter to this effect certifying that the particular employee/user has been allotted the specific mobile connection, and intended to be used by the employee for participating in the Contest. The employees of Idea Cellular Ltd & Spice Digital Ltd and their group companies affiliate or associate companies; are not eligible to participate in this Contest.
This Contest is not available to the Subscribers roaming in other telecom circles of Idea Cellular Ltd and also not available to Idea Cellular Ltd roaming subscribers (of other telecom circles), roaming in the above said telecom circle, wherein Contest has been made.
In order to be eligible for this Contest, a Subscriber/Participant must fulfill the following criteria :
** He/She should be above 18 years of age.
** Hershel must be citizen of India.
** He/She must not have any criminal record nor should be of an unsound mind.
** He/She must not be restrained by any law of the land (e.g. – any court order(s) etc.).
** He must be either an active existing or new subscriber of Service during the Contest Period.
Participation :
This Contest is meant for voluntary participation by the existing and new subscribers of Idea Cellular Ltd MH & GOA Circle. Moreover, this Contest is knowledge based Contest wherein each Participant applies his/her knowledge for answering the certain knowledge based general question, while participating in this Contest.
To participate in this Contest, a Subscriber/Participant shall have to follow the following-
a) IDEA MUSIC STATION Active Subscriber needs to Dial short code 543213and register himself/herself as the Participant for the Contest. Post the registration as subscriber of the Service, a Participant by dialing the short code and subject to payment of the subscription/Browsing charges (mentioned in sub-clause 3.2.), shall become eligible for participating in this Contest and have the chances to become winner of the Gratifications (as mentioned in clause 4).
b) During Contest the user/Participant will have to go through the following procedures :
i. User must be an IDEA MUSIC STATION active Subscriber to participate in the contest.
ii. The Users shall be given a series of questions based up on Bollywood and general knowledge by dialing 543213 Toll free in home network.
iii. For each right answer, the Users will earn / awarded 1 points. There will be no negative points for wrong answer. The User can attempt any number of questions per day.
iv. Contest shall be in Hindi language.
Applicable Charges :
(i) Subscription charges for the IDEA MUSIC STATION Services is AT Rs. 30/- per month.
Selection of Top Performer(s)/Highest Scorer(s) :
(i) IDEA MUSIC STATION Subscriber(s)/ Participant (s) giving the maximum correct answer and thereby generating maximum points as per sub-clause 3 shall be selected as winner.
(ii) Out of all the Subscribers/Participant so selected, who have given the correct answer and have scored maximum points by giving maximum correct answer, will be declared as Winner and will be eligible for the Gratification/ Prize as mentioned in clause 4.In case of tie between the two or more Participants i.e. if two or more Participants have equal points, then the Participant who has scored the maximum points within minimum time, shall be selected by Idea Cellular Ltd / SPICE DIGITAL LTD for Gratification as per below. It is also specifically agreed by the Participants / Subscribers that the decision of SPICE DIGITAL LTD and/or Idea Cellular Ltd with regards to the Contest including the process for selection of the Winners shall be final and binding upon them and agree not to dispute, or seek any clarification for the same from either SPICE DIGITAL LTD or Idea Cellular Ltd or both.

Gratifications/Prizes :
i) Top 3 (Three) IDEA MUSIC STATION Subscriber/Participant scoring maximum points shall be selected by SPICE DIGITAL LTD in accordance with clause 3.3 of the T&C, and shall be bequeathed with Rs 1500 Recharge(3 winners 500 Rs each),
ii) Total 5 winners during the entire contest period will get Rs 1000 recharge as bumper prize winner apart from daily gratification.
iii) It is understood and agreed by the Subscribers/Participants that mere participation to this Contest during the Contest Period, does not entitle the Subscribers/Participants to claim the Gratification. He /she should be a selected/ declared Top Performer/Winner by SPICE DIGITAL LTD in conformity with the terms of clause 3.3, to claim the Gratification(s) mentioned above.
