This Offer is hosted by Idea Cellular Ltd., a company having its Registered office at Suman Tower, Plot No. 18, Sector – 11, Gandhinagar – 382 011 and Corporate Office at 5th Floor, Windsor, Off CST Road, Kalina, Santacruz (E), Mumbai-400098 (hereinafter referred to as “Idea”) and the Offer is open for subscription for a limited period from 21st April 14 00 :00:01 hrs till 30th April 2014 23:59:59 hrs for the pre-paid category of cellular subscribers of Idea Cellular Limited telecom circle Haryana. Once the subscriber has subscribed to the Offer, he will be allowed to participate in the Offer and is eligible for Prize.
A Subscriber, by participating in the Offer hereby agrees to these terms and conditions of the Offer and gives his/her consent to the successful subscriber selection process as set out herein, and agree and acknowledge that any change(s) may be made to this Offer by the Idea at any point of time, for any reason whatsoever.
Also, by participating in this Offer, you :
** Warrant that you have read, understood and agreed to conform to these Terms and Conditions.
** Warrant the accuracy, truthfulness and accuracy of all information that you may have submitted.

Procedure and Eligibility to participate in the Offer :
This Offer is open for all active Prepaid Idea Delhi Subscribers* who fulfill the following criteria :
** Subscriber must be above 18 years of age.
** Subscriber must be a citizen of India.
** Subscriber must not be convicted and/or prosecuted for the commission of any criminal offence.
** Subscriber must not be under any legal disability
** The Subscriber/Participant shall mean the rightful owner/user of the mobile connection and a person/individual in whose name the mobile phone number is registered as per the records maintained by IDEA Cellular Ltd (and which shall be conclusive), or in case of an employee who is the user of the phone registered in the name of employee who is the user of the phone registered in the name of an employing company, provided that the employing company issues a letter that the employee has been allotted the specific mobile phone number. Further the winner will be rightful owner/user of the winning mobile phone number (which is registered as per the records maintained by Idea Cellular Limited (and which shall be conclusive), and not the player, if such player is not the rightful owner/user of such mobile number. If the winner is not able to provide sufficient evidence to show that he/she is the rightful owner/user of the mobile, IDEA reserves the right either to award the pass to the next eligible winner or to forfeit the Prize, at its sole discretion.
Eligibility Criteria :
In order to participate in this Offer, the subscriber /user has to recharge with RC 78 Rs Denomination between 21st April’14 and 30th April ’14.
Prizes Details & frequency :

** By entering the Offer, you confirm and waive the applicability of rules and regulations of the National Do Not Call Registry and you agree to receive promotional messages from Idea, as it may, at its sole and absolute discretion.
** Subscriber discretion is advised, in relation to the nature of the language used in the Offer and the tasks required to be performed. No communication or claim in this regard shall be entertained by Idea.
** In case of any dispute or difference in respect of the Prize or selection of successful subscribers, the decision of Idea shall be final and binding on all the successful subscribers concerned and no communication in this regard shall be entertained by Idea and the same shall not be called into question in any court of India.
** Idea will send out Automated Phone Calls and/or SMS to communicate information regarding the tasks to the Subscribers of this Offer. However, in case the Subscriber does not receive this information through these media, he/she shall not hold Idea responsible for the same.
** All the prize(s) must be claimed as informed and guided by idea.
** There shall be no rollover of prizes.
** Any prize of value in excess of INR Rs. 5,000/- will attract deduction of tax at source as per Section 194 B of the Income Tax Act, 1961 or as applicable from time to time. The successful subscribers will receive the prize after deduction of all applicable taxes thereon. The successful subscriber will be provided with an appropriate TDS certificate by Idea in respect of the amount of tax deducted.
