20 Programme & Seats : Environment Impact Assessment (PGDEIA) (30 Seats)
Eligibility : Graduate from a recognized university in science and engineering disciplines with minimum 50% of marks or equivalent OGPA. (45 per cent for Uttarakhand SC/ST)

21 Programme & Seats : Health and Hospital Management (PGDHM) (30 Seats) (40% seats for working professionals from the relevant field)
Eligibility : Graduation with minimum 50% marks (45 per cent for Uttarakhand SC/ST) in a Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine, AYUSH, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biotechnology, Science, Management, Economics, Social Science from a recognized university. Preference to medical and health professionals and staff involved in public health activities at the community, hospital, district or state level organizations/institutions, nominated by government, private, corporate organizations.

22 Programme & Seats :Security Management (30 Seats)
Eligibility : Graduation in any discipline with minimum 50 percent marks (45 per cent for Uttarakhand SC/ST) and below 30 years of age. Ex-serviceman and candidates with NCC certificates will be given preference. Admission is based on entrance test comprising of a written and aptitude test in the month of August.

E. CERTIFICATE PROGRAMMES: Chinese, Spanish, German & Japanese Languages
Announcement for admission shall be made in August/ September for Certificate Programmes

Entrance Test Centres: Admission to the programmes is strictly on the basis of Entrance Test, except in case of 2 years MBA Programme. Entrance
Test Centers are; (1) Dehradun (2) Haldwani (3) New Delhi (4) Lucknow (5) Kolkata (6) Patna (7) Bengaluru (8) Jammu. University reserves the right to change/ cancel any of these centers. Test Center notified in the admit card will be final.

How To Apply: Candidates can apply/ purchase Application Form/Prospectus using following options:
i. On cash payment of Rs. 600/- (Rs. 300/- for SC/ST candidates) or by sending a Demand Draft of Rs. 650/- (Rs. 350/- for SC/ST candidate). Payment of application form Fee by Cheque / Money Order shall not be accepted.
ii. Purchase Prospectus/ Application Form from these places in Dehradun: i. University Counter, Kedarpur Campus, ii HDFC Bank, Ballupur Branch, iii. PNB Vidhan Sabha Marg Branch. ( A copy of the valid SC/ST certificate will be required at the time of issue of the Form.)
