Minimum Qualification/ Experience : Graduate with full time MBA or Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel & Administration/ Industrial Relations / Human Resource Development/Human Resource Management of minimum 2 years duration with 55% marks in aggregate for PwD.

Placement: Candidates will be placed at Projects / Power Stations/ Offices of NEEPCO in various parts of the country as per requirement.
Selection Process: Short listed Candidates for Trainee Officer will have to appear in written test/interview as per the discretion of the Management
Test Centres: The written test will be held at Guwahati, Shillong, Itanagar, New Delhi and Agartala. Candidates will have to choose one of the Test Centres and no change in test centre under any circumstances will be considered subsequently. However, the Management of NEEPCO reserves the right to cancel or add any Centre at its discretion. Admission to the test will be on production of Admit Card which is to be sent to the short listed candidates by post and/or e-mail.
About Interview/Written Test: The medium of instruction for the test/interview will be English only. Moreover holding of written test will be the discretion of the NEEPCO Management depending on the number of applications received/number of eligible candidates etc.
