I. SMS Service for High Court of Karnataka :
1. Case Status
:
The user has to create a message with the following text
:

KARHCCS <Case Type > <Case No> <Case Year> <Bench>

This message has to be sent to the Mobile Number: 9212357123

Here
<CaseYear> should be 4 digit

<Bench> can be B , D or G where B- Bangalore , D- Dharwad ,G – Gulbarga

Example : Text of Message is KARHCCS WP 1299 2010 B

II. Registration for cause list through SMS can also be done through mobile :
1. Register your mobile (along with the case number) by sending SMS from your mobile

Type the following :
KARHCCL<space>REG <space> <case type>space <case no>space <case year>

and send to : 9243355223

For eg. type KARHCCL REG WP 123 2011 and send to 9243355223

Note:
If you want to register more cases same message has to be sent for every case you want to register

2. Un – register from mobile :
a) Un – register one case : type KARHCCL UNREG WP 123 2011 and send to 9243355223

b) Un-register all the cases and mobile number : type KARHCCL UNREGALL and send to 9243355223

3. Getting Help on services provided by High Court of Karnataka over SMS :
type KARHCCL HELP and send to 9243355223 to get detailed help

4. If you forgot your password then :
type KARHCCL (without any word after that) and send to 9243355223

It will give you the password.

In case you have changed your password using the website and then you forgot then this service will generate a new password and send you

  • The petitioner appeal every time to apply to get more time and he has not produced any evidence. My question is whenever petitioner appeal the same, court will be get the chance every time?
