About Event :
Axis Bank is celebrating the all India painting competition at branches across the country.

Kids can prepare for any one of the following themes :
1. My Dream World
2. Festivals of India
3. Go Green

Event day : 16th Nov’13
Duration of competition : 1.30hrs

Winner and runner up at branch level shall be announced on the same day, who shall then be eligible for the upcoming state / national level selection round.

Participation & Judging :
Participation Criteria :
1) Kids aged 7 – 12 years of age can participate in the completion,
2)Registrations are open for the first 50 candidates per branch only, and will be accepted till 15th Nov’13.
3)Kids should bring their own painting kits [wet & dry colors]
4)Each candidate is allowed to submit only one 1 entry on the provided Axis Bank stationary
5)Only the paintings with complete contact details are eligible for the painting competition.
6)Paintings will be judged on the basis of creativity, originality, relevance of the theme and total presentation and will be at the sole discretion of Axis Bank and the jury appointed

Judging Criteria :
Paintings will be judged on the basis of :
Presentation : How beautifully the idea has been expressed and presented
Creativity : How well is the theme represented
Originality : How unique and out of box is the thinking applied
Relevance : Appropriateness of the drawing with regard to the theme selected All decisions shall be at the sole discretion of Axis Bank and jury appointed

Judging levels :
Branch : Activity to be conducted in all our branches, each branch will select 1 winner & 2 runner ups
State : Each state will identify 1 winner amongst the branch winners across respective branches
Poll : State winners selected as per entries from various states will be uploaded on for polling at pan India level Top 12 candidates, as per voting, will be eligible to become the National Winner
National : 12 such candidates will be voted by an independent jury to select 1 national winner, while the remaining 11 candidates will receive consolation prizes

Terms & Conditions :
** The competition is open to kids aged between 7 to 12 years only. The child must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
** Registration at nearest Axis Bank Branch is on a first-come-first-served basis till 15th Nov’13
** Participants are required to bring their own painting kits (dry & wet colours)
** All drawings entries received will remain as the property of Axis Bank and shall not be returned back. Axis Bank reserves the right to use the drawings entries for any purpose in future.
** All decisions about this competition is at the sole discretion of Axis Bank & appointed Jury members
** Prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash and are non-transferable. Terms and conditions apply to all the prizes.
** Axis Bank reserves the right to change any terms and conditions of the competition and prizes without prior notice.
** Participants / their parents are requested to take care of their belongings. Axis bank shall not be liable for any loss or damages in this regard.
** Children of Axis Bank employees are not eligible to participate in this competition
