Terms and Conditions for ‘SABPRIZE’ Program
I. Contest terms & conditions :
Registration:
1. Multi Screen Media Private Limited (“MSM”) is holding the „SABPRIZE Program? (the “Program”) on SAB channel (“Channel”).

2. The Program shall consist of an ongoing contest (unless discontinued by MSM at its discretion) beginning each Monday at 19:30 hours Indian Standard Time (“IST”) (which is subject to change at the discretion of MSM and shall be communicated via promotions) and ending on the last day of such period i.e. on Sunday at 23:59:59:00 hours IST (“Contest”) and shall be pertaining to the premier telecast of programs during the prime time i.e. between 19:30 hours IST to 23:59:59:00 hours IST (“Prime Time”) on the Channel (“Period”).

3. During the Period, questions will be asked on all days during the Prime Time which will be based on such programs (“Contest Question”) and shall be provided with four (4) options numbered from (A) to (D). The Contest Question shall carry a number in the serial order i.e. Q1, Q2, Q3, etc. during the Period. The number of Contest questions asked during each period may vary and shall be solely determined by MSM.

4. The participants who are interested in participating in the Contest (“Participant”) need to register on the SABprize website, www.sabprize.com

5. In order to complete the registration, the Participants need to visit the Website and fill in the registration form When a Participant visits the Website he/she will land on a page where he/she would be asked to either log in using his mobile number and password or register for the programme.

Following which the Participant will be guided to a page where he/she shall need to fill in the following details:
(a) Display name
(b) First Name*
(c) Last Name*
(d) Old password
(e) New password
(f) Confirm password
(g) Address line 1 (House number/Plot no.)*
(h) Address line 2 (Building Name)
(i) Address line 3 (Street)*
(j) Address line (Locality)*

All fields will be mandatory.

6. Providing information to us is your choice. The primary purpose for the collection of personal information as stated above is for the purposes of enabling the User to play/participate in the Program and to have a customized participation experience including account information, announcement of the top fifty players of the Contest on the leader board etc. and also to communicate with the User in connection with the Program. However, by registering on the Website, You agree to allow us authorized use of your information and agree to be bound by the Privacy Policy available on this Website.

7. On submitting the above information, the player will be guided to a page where he/she will be required to verify their mobile number. The player will be asked to SMS sabcode to 52525 from their registered mobile number. As a response, he/she will receive a six character code, which needs to be entered in the space provided. On submitting this information, if the mobile phone number from which the SMS is sent matches the one entered during registration, the player will be registered for SABprize and can start answering questions asked on-air.

8. Participants who wish to de-register from the Program can send an SMS sabprize <space> stop to 52525

9. The Participants may re-register by following the same process of visiting the website and re-registering

10. The above actions will be carried out by the Website only upon User?s registration. The User can at any time de-register by sending and SMS sabprize <space> stop to the Short Code.

SMS Participation:
The Contest will be promoted on air by on air promos or any other means deemed fit by MSM at its sole discretion. In order to participate in the Contest, the Participant needs to answer the Contest Question by sending an SMS to 52525 (“Short Code”) in the following manner:
sab space <Question Code i.Q1/Q2/Q3/Q4> space < answer a or b or c or d> to 52525

The Contest is open to the subscribers of the following networks only: Aircel, Airtel, BSNL, Idea, MTNL Mumbai, Reliance, Tata Docomo, Tata Indicom, Uninor, Virgin Mobile & Vodafone in select circles. Check with your operators for more details.

Premium rates upto Rs. 4 per SMS shall apply for sending the SMS to the Short Code. Even invalid SMS sent for participation in the Contest shall be charged. Entries include all entries sent in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Contest (“Entries”). Please check the rates with your telecom operators. Entries sent through
(a) any medium other than mobile phone or
(b) support of any medium or
(c) any IP generated SMS Entry shall be considered invalid.

SMS? sent in the wrong format or with the incorrect answer are also chargeable.

Roaming charges may apply. Kindly check with your telecom service provider for the applicable rates.
