Idea Rocks India (“IRI”), a musical event sponsored by Idea Cellular Ltd.(“ICL”) and managed by Fountainhead Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. (the “Agency”), gives you the unique chance, through a Talent Hunt, to perform live on stage with your music idol. Please read these terms carefully before registering to participate in IRI Talent Hunt. By proceeding with registration for the auditions, you agree to be legally bound by these terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not participate in IRI Talent Hunt.
Categories for participation:
** Solo performance
** Duo performance
** Group performance (a troupe of maximum 4 members)
Eligibility Requirements:-
** The participant must be able to prove at the time of his / her/ their audition (on-ground) that:
1. Every participant is an Indian citizen or a permanent Indian resident who is eligible to work full-time in India; and
2. Every participant is of 18 years of age or above. Please note that if the participant is below 18 years of age, s/he is NOT eligible to participate in Idea Rocks India 6 Talent Hunt.
3. Neither the participant nor any of his / her immediate family members (spouse, exspouse, parents, siblings, children, step-children) or members of their household (whether or not related to you) are current employees, directors, officers, independent contractors, agents, or representatives of Idea Cellular Limited, Fountainhead Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., or Digital L&K Saatchi &Saatchi.
Terms & Conditions:-
** All auditions will be strictly on the basis of the final schedule for participants, as communicated to them. If the participant is among the chosen participants, he/ she will receive a call-back with details of the audition. No changes or re-arranging of schedule will be made if the participant misses or cannot make it to the audition on the scheduled day for that city. In case the participant fails to respond to the information provided, the Agency or ICL is not responsible for the same.
** The submissions MUST be made using a registered mobile number. In case of a submission with wrong details, the submission/participant is automatically disqualified without any notification to the participant.
** Each participant is allowed ONE SUBMISSION ONLY using one registered number. Multiple submissions using a single registered number will be void or blacklisted from participation.
** For the group performance/ Duo performance category, the participants will have to carry their own instruments to the audition and the main concert. ICL or the Agency will not provide any instrument for the said performance.
** There will be only 1 final winner chosen from all the 3 categories of Solo performance, Duo performance & Group Performance who will perform with the celebrity artist on the concert stage.
** An individual is allowed to participate in only 1 of the above mentioned categories. He/she cannot participate in multiple categories of the Talent Hunt.
** All participations can be in the following languages ONLY. Participations submitted in any other languages will be disqualified without any notification to the participant :
o Hindi
o Marathi
o Punjabi
o Urdu
o Oriya
o Gujarati
o Bengali
o Assamese
o Telugu
o Tamil
o Kannada
o Malayalam
** The IVR process of submissions is exclusively for IDEA Cellular Ltd. subscribers ONLY.
** If you are selected to progress in the audition process, you will be required to provide or arrange for your own travel to the audition venue, which will be at a location selected by the Agency or ICL in its sole discretion.
** No food & beverages will be organised at any auditions. The same needs to be arranged by the participants for themselves. ICL shall also not be responsible for travel or any other additional costs incurred by the participant of IRI Talent Hunt.
** Once the Talent Hunt winner is announced, he/she/ they will get a chance to perform with the artists at the event. He/She/ They will perform (song or overall performance) in mutual agreement with the artists or Agency or ICL.
** The Talent Hunt winner shall not receive any cash/monetary remuneration from the Agency or ICL. However, the Talent Hunt winner may be asked to give on ground interviews, perform at other events sponsored by ICL or travel outside his town after the IRI performance for further such stage shows etc. for a period of six (6) months from the date of this IRI stage show. In lieu of this publicity that ICL provides to the Talent Hunt winner, s/he shall not be paid any remuneration from ICL or the Agency.
** All the intellectual property rights in all performances of the winner of the IRI Talent Hunt for the said six (6) months shall vest with ICL in perpetuity and the winner may not transfer his/her rights in his/her performances of the six (6) months to any other party other than ICL.
** By participating in the IRI Talent Hunt, the winner agrees to grant ICL a perpetual and exclusive licence to use such videos in all media worldwide and the winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
** ICL and the Agency assume that the information provided by the participant is true in his/her right and is not fraudulent in nature.
** By participating in the Idea Rocks India Talent Hunt, the participant provides explicit consent to receive calls from ICL or it’s designated Agency to call, SMS and e-mail the participant.
** If the chosen winner does not respond within 48 (forty eight) hours of intimation that he/she is the winner of IRI Talent Hunt, ICL or the Agency reserves the right to choose another participant as the Talent Hunt winner.
** The participant hereby agrees and undertakes not to hold ICL or the Agency and/or any of their group entities or affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, vendors, responsible for or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses, either direct or remote, that s/he may/might have suffered, sustained or incurred, or claim to suffer, sustain or incur, by way of and /or on account of this IRI Talent Hunt.
** This Talent Hunt is subject to force majeure circumstances i.e. Acts of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of ICL or the Agency.
** The decision of ICL with regard to the Talent Hunt shall be final and binding in all matters.
** These Terms & Conditions and IRI Talent Hunt are subject to Indian laws and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
