How to get the Electrical Supervisor A Grade Competency Certificate and Permit :
** For Successful Candidates in the Electrical Supervisor A Grade Interview
** Candidates eligible for Electrical Supervisor A Grade Competency Certificate and Permit
** Documents to be forwarded with the request by the successful candidates of Supervisor A Grade Interview to get the Competency Certificate and Permit within 6 months

Electrical Supervisor A Grade ( New permit ) :
1. The original Chalan Receipt of remittance in a Govt. Treasury / Janasevanakendram for Rs.2000 /-.( Head of Account : 0043-00-800-99 )
2. Two Copies of Passport size Photograph.( Attested by a Gazetted Officer only on the backside of the photo )
3. Two signatures of the applicant.( Attested by a Gazetted Officer )
4. Self Addressed Stamped envelop for Rs. 32 /-. Envelope of size 20 cm x 14 cm

Electrical Supervisor A Grade ( Scope Revision ) :
1. The original Chalan Receipt of remittance in a Govt. Treasury / Janasevanakendram for Rs.1000 /-( Head of Account : 0043-00-800-99 )
2. Two Copies of Passport size Photograph. ( Attested by a Gazetted Officer only on the backside of the photo )
3. Two signatures of the applicant ( Attested by a Gazetted Officer )
4. Self Addressed Stamped envelop for Rs. 32 /- Envelope of size 20 cm x 14 cm
5. Original Permit and Competency Certificate.

How to renew the # Electrical Supervisor Grade A Permit :
** Permit should be submitted for renewal before one month of “valid upto” date
** Permit become ‘lapsed’ after 3 months of the “valid upto” date
** Permit lapsed for more than 10 years will not be revalidated

2. Original Electrical Supervisor Permit

(a) Original chalan receipt for the remittance of the fee** Rs1000/- (Electrical Supervisor Grade A) remitted in a Government Treasury or in Friends under the head of account “ 0043 – 00 – 800 – 99 ”.
(b) Self addressed and stamped envelope of size 20 cm x 14 cm ( Stamps worth Rs 32 / – )

If a period of 10 years is completed after the issue or renewal of permit :
** Two passport size photographs attested by a Gazetted Officer (on the back side, stating that this is the true photograph of Shri / Smt…………………………..…)
** Two specimen signatures duly attested by a Gazetted Officer.

Permit should be submitted for renewal before one month of “valid upto” date

Permit should be submitted for renewal with Late fee and Renewal Fee upto 3 months after the “valid upto” date

How to revalidate the Lapsed # Electrical Supervisor A Grade Permit :
** Permit becomes ‘lapsed’ after 3 months from the “valid upto” date
** Permits lapsed for more than 10 years will not be revalidated

How to get the Duplicate Electrical Supervisor Grade A Permit :
Duplicate copy of this permit/licence will be issued when it is lost, defaced, mutilated or damaged
