Eligible candidates are invited for walk-in-interview on 30.04.2014 for the contractual vacancy of Research Associate under National Initiative on Climate Resilient Agriculture at Zonal Project Directorate, Zone-II, Indian Council of Agricultural Research, Salt Lake, Kolkata- 700097 along with bio-data, photo, original and attested copies of certificate and mark sheets of all examination. No TA/DA will be provided for appearing the interview.
Name of the post : Research Associate
Maximum age limit : 40 years for men and 45 years for women candidates.
Essential qualification: M.Sc. in Agriculture/Agriculture Engineering/ Horticulture/Agro-Metrology/M.V.Sc./M.F.Sc./ MCA or allied field. Working knowledge of computer and experience of coordination work in research project and knowledge on weather and its impact are desirable.

Emoluments payable: Rs. 23000/- + HRA (for M. Sc. degree holders) and Rs. 24000/- + HRA (for Ph.D. degree holder).
