Participation in this contest constitutes an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions

Requirements :
Contest is open to all citizens of Indian & international origins except employees and immediate family members of the organizer, its associate companies, its advertising and promotional agencies and its auditors. (‘immediate family’ means spouse, ex-spouse, parent, step-parent, grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, natural or adopted child, sibling or step-sibling [whether or not natural or adopted by a parent, whether or not they live in the same household])
The organizer reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and participants (including participant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any participant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.

Multiple entries by a participant are permitted, subject to the following :
Each idea can only be submitted once.
Each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry requirements.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. NO ENTRY FEE CHARGED to participate in the contest. Participation is optional.

Contest Period :
The contest closes on 31-07-2014, unless extended

Entry Criteria :
To participate in the contest the participant has to submit an “idea”, which is realizable, should comprise of text format of submission, or an original concept particularly meant for the purpose of gifting a surprise. The eligibility of each of the entries is specified in the submission form along with the submission format.
An Idea is defined by a fresh new concept, feel and the level of amazement.

The entry can be made by using the following options :
** Visit the website francisalukkasdiamonds.com, register and upload your idea.
** Submit the entry form available in any Francis Alukkas showroom on request.
** For an entry to be complete and eligible for the contest the mobile number / landline and email ID has to be submitted along with every application.

In addition to this, the participant may submit the following :
** Complete name
** Age
** Address

Entries are deemed to be submitted at the time of receipt of the same into the organizer’s database, and not at the time of transmission by the participant.
You may enter maximum of 10 entries using the same login ID.

Valid Entry :
An entry must comply with the following conditions to qualify as a valid entry :
** The idea could be original and must not be an existing idea within the organizers’ portfolio or any third party’s collection or any other product or similar to an existing idea within the organizers’ portfolio or any third party’s collection or any other product. However, the idea could be inspired from any object / idea / source that might not immediately imply jewellery but could be adapted for jewellery.
** The entry must be in English or if it is in any other language, then it should be adaptable to English without losing its essence.
** Entry must not contain any of the following format – text, video, image, sketch.
** Entry will be reviewed for content before being judged; however, such review does not relieve the participant from responsibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

The organizer makes the final determination as to which entries are eligible this contest and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.

The participant is fully responsible for the entry submitted by him / her. The organizer shall not be liable in any way for such entry to the full extent permitted by law.

Each participant is allowed a maximum of 10 different and distinct ideas per login ID for participation in this contest.

Disqualification :
Entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions or that contain prohibited, questionable content or offensive language and / or third party products reference or inappropriate content as determined by the organizer, in its sole discretion, will be disqualified without any notice to the participant and will not be considered eligible.

Judging Criteria :
In relation to the selection of the (“finalists”) entries, all valid entries will be judged against the following judging criteria (‘judging criteria’
** Originality and innovativeness of Idea
** Degree of detail in idea submission
** Fit with brand blue fire diamonds – light weight diamond jewellery
** Ease of execution

In the event that two entries from the same participant are selected then only one entry will be finalized at the sole discretion of the organizer and the other shall be discarded.

All finalists are subject to verification, including without limitation, verification of eligibility through checks as deemed appropriate by the organizer’s and complete compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

The finalists will be intimated by email and by a call at the number provided by the participant at the time of sending the entry.

The organizer reserves the right to amend the entries. It is at the organizer’s sole discretion as to whether the finalists will have any involvement or say in the development process or the creation or planning of the idea, the material, the jewellery design, the final name or promotional materials.

All disputes relating to this contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Calicut only
