Terms & Conditions for the Contest – Banao Kuch Shandar :
** This contest is valid only in the state of Karnataka.
** This contest is valid for a period of 3 months from 26th March till 26th June 2014.
** This contest is valid for the students of 3 age groups, Age Group I – upto 5 years to 10 years, Age Group II – upto 10 -15 years and Age Group I – upto 15 & above.
** The participants shall make any artwork of their choice like a famous monument or their favourite piece of art using Fevicol MR and upload a photo of the same on the website https://www.facebook.com/FeviArtIndia and garner as many votes as possible.
** Fortnightly, 5 top scorers from each age group will be awarded with a Pidilite Gift Hamper.
** At the end of the contest, the best entry in each age group will entitled to one 32 inch LED TV at as the Grand Prize.
** Pidilite Industries Limited (Company) reserves the right to display the names and/or photographs of the winners. All intellectual property rights in the entries uploaded on the website shall vest in the Company at all times. All entries shall be the exclusive property of the Company.
** The participants agree that they are participating at its/their own volition and they have no claim whatsoever against the Company.
** Prizes are not transferable, all prizes must be taken as is and cannot be exchanged for cash.
** Prizes are subject to applicable taxes.
** The Company will not accept any responsibility for claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses or liability of any kind whatsoever arising from or in connection with the contest.
** The participants agree that he/she shall hold harmless the Company and others from and against any damage, in any manner whatsoever in connection with the contest or otherwise.
** This contest cannot be clubbed with any other contest.
** The Company reserves the right in its sole discretion to change, amend or supplement these terms and conditions without assigning any reason and at any time, without any notice.
** The decision of the Company shall be final and binding.
** Pidilite Industries Ltd will not be responsible for any interruptions in internet or downtime caused due to technical difficulties
** Pidilite Industries Ltd reserves the right to withdraw this activity at its discretion.
** Employees of Pidilite Industries Ltd are not entitled to participate in the contest
** Exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at Mumbai applicable.
** Uploading the entry on the website, will be deemed acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the contest.
