Jet Set Go-3 Contest 2014 :
Eligibility :
Entry to the Contest is open to parents of children aged between 4-14 years who are residents of India and whose family members hold a valid passport with a minimum of 6 (six) months validity from August 1, 2014 and who own a registered mobile connection in India (“Participant”).

Participation :
i. To participate in the Contest, the Participants shall give a missed call from the Participant’s mobile handsets on the toll free unique number flashed on the television channel known as ‘Disney Channel’(“Channel”) on each day of the Contest Period. Only 1 (one) correct call made by the Participant on each of the unique numbers will be registered each day during the Contest Period. If a Participant calls more than once on the same unique number flashed on the screen on the same day of the Contest Period, such miss call will not entitle him/her to score more points or earn bonus points.
ii. Upon spotting an airplane with Mickey, Minnie and Donald’s picture followed by a unique toll free phone number appearing on the Channel, Participant may participate in the Contest by submitting their correct response during the Contest Period through the response mechanisms as set out in Paragraph 2(i) above and in the manner as may be required by TWDCI between 6 :00 a.m. and 23:00 p.m. on each day during the Contest Period. The Participant’s call will automatically be disconnected after 1 (one) ring and the correct response of the Participant will entitle him/her points. These points will be sent to the Participant by a short messaging system (“SMS”) on their mobile number. More points earned and collected by the Participants increases Participant’s chance of winning the Contest.

iii. Bonus Points :
As a chance to earn more bonus points and be shortlisted as a Grand Prize Winner in the Contest, the Participant has the option of the following Contest bonus features- which may also be increased at TWDCI’s discretion :

a. Loyalty Bonus Feature :
Each Participant who has participated in the Contest the previous day shall receive bonus points. Information on the bonus points will be sent to the Participants via an SMS on the Participant’s registered mobile number one (1) day after the Participants give a missed call in the aforementioned manner ;

b. Referral Bonus Feature :
Participant shall receive a SMS on the Participant’s registered mobile number which will provide every participant with a unique referral number, and if the participant wishes to score bonus points, can share his/her participant unique referral number with maximum 10 (ten) of his/her friends. If any of the Participant’s 10 (ten) friends dial in and give a missed call on the Participant’s unique referral number, the Participant is entitled to earn and score bonus points, which will be updated in the Participant’s total accumulated points The Participant’s friend shall also get a chance to earn bonus point by giving a missed call on the Participant unique referral number which will be updated in his/ her total accumulated points. To clarify, during each day of the Contest Period, the Participant gets a chance to earn bonus points one (01) time from each friend upto a maximum of ten (10) times. Each friend(s) of the Participant(s) shall earn bonus points only 1 (one) time irrespective of the number of times the friend helps multiple Participant(s) during each day of the Contest.

c. Jumbo Plane Bonus :
Participant shall receive a SMS on the Participant’s registered mobile number encouraging the Participants to watch the Channel [during a certain period of time during the day] and get a chance to earn bonus points in the manner as required by TWDCI. The Jumbo Plane will be featured on the Channel only 1 (one) time on each day during the Contest Period;

Directors, officers and employees of TWDCI or any of their respective affiliate companies, subsidiaries, agents, professional advisors, advertising and promotional agencies, sponsors of the Contest including but not limited, associate vendors and immediate families of each are not eligible to enter the Contest. It is hereby clarified that past contest winners of TWDCI’s Jet Set Go and Jet Set Go 2 are not eligible to enter and participate in this Contest. All such entries received by TWDCI from past winners shall be considered null and void by TWDCI. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Offer/Contest void where prohibited.

Contest Period :
The Contest shall be active and valid only from April 12th, 2014 to May 11th, 2014. The Contest shall be advertised on the Channel from time to time, and in order to participate in the Contest, the participants may enter the Contest and send the correct answer to the questions by way of response mechanism as set out in Paragraph 2(i) above.

Shortlisted Participants :
1 (one) Participant who earns the highest score on each day of the Contest Period shall be shortlisted by the judges from all the entrants who register their correct response with TWDCI, i.e. a total of 30 (thirty) shortlisted Participants and their families upto a maximum of 4 (four) members only, (“Shortlisted Participants”) shall be selected during the Contest Period. All the Shortlisted Participants and their families, comprising of a maximum of 120 people, shall be brought to the City of Mumbai by TWDCI to give an audition and screen test, which shall be judged by representatives of TWDCI and others jury members (“Audition Round”). Travel and accommodation details for the Shortlisted Participants in Mumbai are stated in Annexure A of these Terms and Conditions and as determined by TWDCI in its sole discretion, appended below. For clarity, the Shortlisted Participants and their family members, shall not be considered as the Grand Prize Winners of the Contest.

Grand Prize Winners :
Subject to the Shortlisted Participant’s performance in the Audition Round judged on factors such as screen presence, dialogue delivery and other criteria as may be required by the judges, TWDCI shall select only 5 (five) winner families from the 30 (thirty) Shortlisted Participants, who shall be declared as the final winners of the Contest (“Grand Prize Winners”). The Grand Prize Winners shall be eligible for a trip to 1 (one) designated Disney theme park and/or Disney Cruise Line along with member of his/her immediate family i.e. 1(spouse) and 2 (children), upto a total of 4 members for each Winner family (hereinafter referred as “Grand Prize”). As part of the Grand Prize, the Grand Prize Winners shall be given an opportunity to share their individual magical experience in the allotted Disney Park/ Cruse line (“Disney Parks”) and appear as a host of an episode which shall filmed by TWDCI to use, promote, exploit and license on the Channel and in any other manner, media, medium, mode, platforms, all or any portion thereof for unlimited number of times, in perpetuity as required by TWDCI.

The details of the Audition Round and the Grand Prize are detailed in Annexure A (attached below) and determined by TWDCI in its sole discretion, subject to the terms set out below and as agreed by the Grand Prize Winners. TWDCI’s decision on the Grand Prize travel dates and the designated Disney Park and/or Disney Cruise Line to be awarded to the respective Grand Prize Winner(s) shall be at its sole discretion, which decision shall be final and binding on all Grand Prize Winners. For clarity, Grand Prize Winners are not entitled to change the allotted Disney Park with another Disney Park under the Contest or change the final travel dates.

Prize Selection :
The prize selection for the Contest will take place at the registered address of TWDCI. The judges appointed by TWDCI may determine the correctness, quality and validity of the entries in their sole discretion. The judge’s decision will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about the Contest or the judge’s decision(s). The names of the Grand Prize Winners of the Contest shall be posted on the TWDCI website www.disney.in. Notwithstanding the above, each Grand Prize Winner and their families will be eligible for not more than 1(one) Grand Prize.

Contest Rules :
The Grand Prize Winners will be notified by telephone by TWDCI and/or its representatives on the telephone number that was used to participate in the Contest. To claim the Grand Prize, the Grand Prize Winners should follow the instructions contained in the telephonic winning notification made to them. TWDCI accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of any Grand Prize (or any part of it).
