Welcome to Online Property Tax Payment :
1. BBMP now offers tax payers to pay property tax online for the year 2013-14, if 2008-09, 2009-10, 2010-11, 2011-12 and 2012-13 details are available online.
2. The good news is that there are no transaction charges for the card users.
Payment can be done by any credit/debit card issued by any bank with following payment gateways:
** IDBI Bank
** Corporation Bank
Payment by Net Banking:
** ICICI Net banking(Only For ICICI Bank Account Holders)
** AXIS Net banking(Only For AXIS Bank Account Holders)
Online Payment Forms :
1. Kindly ensure BESCOM & BWSSB connection R.R. Numbers(Meter Number)* are available with you for updation in the system.
2. If there are more than one R.R. Number, enter them with separated by comma.
Form-IV :
1. Form-IV (White form) should be filed by those property owners where there is no change either in the extent of built up area, usage (residential to non-residential or vice versa) or its occupancy (owner occupied to tenanted or vice-versa), or category from the Return filed in the previous year.
2. Select appropriate Assessment year from below.

I am trying to pay my property tax on-line. Only few banks are available to pay. Its very inconvenient to pay tax on-line add ING Vysya Net banking or Any Debit card should accept?
I have paid my property Tax for the year 2013-2014 online. It has been accepted. Now how to print the receipt , I lost my internet Application Number. Please show how to find out internet Application Number

I am trying to pay my property tax on-line. Only few banks are available to pay. Its very inconvenient to pay tax on-line.
I have paid BBMP tax through BBMP help center. By mistake they typed wrong KHATHA number in my receipt. For the past one year I am approaching different BBMP office to correct this. They are telling so many things and nothing happening. What is the solution for this? Any body have any idea?
I have been trying to pay the property tax online for the year 2014-15. But in the Form IV generated in the website, even after filling the old PID No and new PID no. and clicking on the FIND button , the name does not appear and I can not proceed further. Today is the last day for availing the rebate. I have also complained via the e-mail id given in the web page. But there is no response.
I paid my property tax on 09.05.2013 for 2013-14.without 5% Since the cut off date for obtaining 5% rebate was 30.04.2013.
Subsequently the cut off date for rebate was extended upto.30.05.2013.
Can I claim the credit of 5% rebate for 2013-14 when I pay the tax for 2014-15?

I am not able to make online payment of property tax for the financial year 2014-15 though I have stated the SAS application no of 2008-09 in the relevant box six the name of the owner/property is not shown after clicking the icon "search".
