Application Procedure for Change of Ownership in House Tax Record :
1. Enter the values to search for property and click on Search button.
2. New Property Owner to be reflected in House Tax Record with us.
3. Reason for Change in Ownership of Property and date of occurrence.
4. List of Documents that are required before your application can be processed and must be uploaded online is
** Proof of Ownership of property by new owner (either one is needed) and must be certified by notary :
(a) Registry
(b) Will
(c) Decree from Registrar
** Affidavit with photograph from new owner attested by executive magistrate requesting the change of ownership
** Copy of House Tax Assessment Notice/House Tax Receipt
** Certified Location Map (clearly indicating location of property)
** Identity Proof (2 different Identity proofs are needed)
(a) Driving Licence
(b) Voter Card
(c) Government Identity Card
(d) PAN Card
** Attested Copy of passport size photograph
** No Objection Certificate (if required)
5. Enter Security Code and Click on Submit button.

I dont see option of Changing Ownership on the MCG Site.
How and when to pay property transfer fees as I am unable to see any link
Hi,
I have updated my details on the mcg site for an owner name change. I received an email and one message that your application status is completed.
When I again login into the application, it is still showing the old owner's name.
Can someone told me how much time it will take to reflect my name?

I purchased a property from seller for which possession was about to come. Property was transferred in my name in builder's record. Later on possession, registry of same flat was done by builder in my name. After 1.5 yrs of registry, I am finding original seller's name in MCG house tax record. For online application, is registry papers are sufficient for name changes? But registry was done between me and builder, not with the seller.
Please provide guidance.
How do I get certified location map for property transfer?
I am not able to upload any document. Error is with the format I guess but all the documents are in jpeg/pdf format which they wanted.

I live in my own 60 sq. yard house in DLF Ph-3 and there is no tenant. Please let me know if I have to pay House Tax to MCG as I am paying Water+sewer+Maintenance Charges to DLF on Quarterly basis.
