Terms & Condition :
1. This competition is open to any individual aged 18 years or over, except for employees of Airbus Helicopters and its Indian subsidiary, their families or anyone else associated professionally with this competition and any family members thereof.
2. All information detailing how to enter this competition forms part of these terms and conditions.It is a condition of entry that all terms and conditions hereof and the rules of participation are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these. The decision of the judges with regard to the admissibility of a candidate and acceptance of his entry to the competitionwill befinal and no correspondence in this regard, once a decision is taken and conveyed to a candidate, will be entertained. Submission of an entry will be taken to mean acceptance of these terms and conditions and rules.
3. Please submit photographs and requested information on-line through our web site at eurocopter.in. We do not accept photographs submitted through the mail. Digital photographs should be taken at the highest resolution possible. Use the on-line entry form available on our website. Complete a separate form for each photo submitted. Photographs must be in a .jpeg or .gif format. Files submitted shouldnot be larger than 5Mb.
4. All entries must be received by 1800 hrs on September 15, 2014.
5. All images submitted must be the original work of the individual submitting them and must not have been published elsewhere or have won a prize in any other photographic competition. It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure that any images they submit have been taken with any permission required and do not infringe the copyright of any third party or any laws. Entrants must warrant that the photograph they are submitting is their own work and that they own the copyright for it. They must also ensure that the photograph is not shot in a sensitive or military zone. The photographs should be of any Eurocopter helicopter shot in India.
6. Copyright in all images submitted for this competition remains with the respective entrants. However, in consideration of their participation in the competition, each entrant grants a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual and unrestricted license to Airbus Helicopters, its Indian and othersubsidiaries and group companies to feature any or all of the submitted images, whether individually or combined with any other image or material, in any of their publications, whether in print media or otherwise, connected to this competition, related to their businesses or otherwise.
7. The winning entry will be one that is judged to be the most visually appealing, original and self-explanatory. The decision of the judges in this regard shall be final and can not be challenged or questioned. No communication in relation a decision shall be entertained by the Promoter. The winner will be notified within seven days of the closing date of the competition.
8. The winner shall win an ipad. The first runner up prize is an iphone.
9. All prizes are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
10. Events may occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly, the Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, vary or amend the terms and conditions hereof, postpone or cancel the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
11. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi Courts only
