Qimpro Champions League (QCL) 2014 :
Contemporary business management expects performance from systems, processes, teams, and individuals to be Better, Faster, Cheaper, and Different. In other words, performance must be characterized by extraordinary Quality & Innovation. There is no option.
Consequently, based on decades of experience in Quality & Innovation, Qimpro designed and initiated the Qimpro Champions League (QCL). QCL is a distinctive certification program created to seed Quality & Innovation concepts and practices in budding college students. QCL is exclusively for students.
The QCL approach is innovative. We stimulate discovery-based learning, in compact student-teams, through five challenges. On successful completion of all five challenges, each student from the team becomes a Certified Qimpro Champion – a signature for basic Quality and Innovation.
Quality & Innovation do not belong to any particular community of professionals. These disciplines are applicable across all sectors, organization-wide. QCL is open to students from all streams.
PROCESS :
** QCL is open to students from all streams.
** QCL 2014: May to September 2014.
** Download the QCL Challenge Bank. These challenges will stimulate students to learn Quality and Innovation concepts in interesting ways.
** Work on the five challenges and submit on the assigned dates for each challenge.
** Each submission will be reviewed by our Panel of Judges.
** Every team will earn one Silver Star one submission, irrespective of rating.
** Top rated teams will earn on Gold Star.
** On earning all five stars (Silver or Gold), each student from the team will graduate as a Certified Qimpro Champion.

** Opportunity to learn Quality and Innovation concepts without having to attend long lectures
** On completion of QCL, every student will be entitled to a basic 5% discount on Certified Qualitist for Problem Solving. An incremental 5% discount will be offered for every Gold Star earned (maximum 30 % discount).
** Gold Star entries will be showcased in Qimpro’s Knowledge Bank.
** Qimpro’s Knowledge Bank will be accessed by middle and top management from over 100 organizations

Participation: Students only
Minimum Qualification: High School (Class 12)
Team Size: 2-3 students from the same campus
Registration: Open till 31 April 2014

Challenge 1 : Housekeeping 10 May 2014
Challenge 2 : FMEA 10 June 2014
Challenge 3 : Quality Trilogy 10 July 2014
Challenge 4 : Best Practices 10 August 2014
Challenge 5 : Cross-Industry Benchmarking September 2014
