Applications are invited on the prescribed form for admission to the following Undergraduate Programmes of this University for Academic Session 2014-15 for general as well as self-financing seats

Minimum Qualification : 10+2/equivalent examination with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Mathematics/ Agriculture from a recognized Board/ University with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (45% marks in case of SC/ ST candidates) in the above subjects.

Eligibility :
The general seats shall be filled through entrance test scheduled to be held on 15th June, 2014 (Sunday) for which only bonafide/ domicile residents of Himachal Pradesh are eligible. The candidates appearing in 10+2 examination with above subjects during March/ April, 2014 are also eligible to apply. However, self-financing seats are open for all at National level and shall be filled on the basis of merit at 10+2 level plus weightage in sports/ co-curricular activities etc. The candidates applying for self-financing seats are exempted from appearing in the entrance test.

How to Apply :
i) Prospectus-cum-application form shall be available in the Office of the Registrar, Academic Section (Room No. 217), Administrative Block on payment of `1200/- in cash (`800/- in case of SC/ ST category candidates) or by sending bank draft worth `1250/- (`850/- in case of SC/ ST category candidates) drawn in favour of the Comptroller of the University payable at State Bank of Patiala, Nauni/ U Co bank, Nauni.

ii) The application form downloaded from the University website and accompanied with a bank draft worth `1200/- (`800/- in case of SC/ ST category candidates) is also accepted.

Last Date for submission of application form in office of the Registrar : 16th May, 2014 without late fee and 23rd May, 2014 with a late fee of `1000/- for general seats.
The last date in respect of self-financing seats : 3rd July, 2014 without late fee and 10th July, 2014 with a late fee of `1000/-.
