INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CANDIDATES :
1. A candidate without the valid Admit Card shall be debarred from taking the examination.
2. Candidate should bring blue/black ink ball point pen.
3.The candidate should report half an hour prior to the commencement of the examination.
4. No candidate will be allowed to leave the examination hall during the examination.
5. Violation of any instruction and adoption of any unfair means in the examination shall render a candidate liable for cancellation of his/her Answer Script and forfeiture of his/ her claim for candidature.
6. No candidate will be allowed to enter into the examination hall with Mobile Phone, Calculator, Bags & any other electronic gadgets etc.
7. Use of mobile phone in the examination hall is strictly prohibited. Candidates who are found in possession of mobile phone or in use of mobile phone inside the examination hall shall be liable to serious consequences like expelling from the examination hall. Therefore candidates should not bring mobile phones with them. Gauhati High Court does not take responsibility of any belongings of the candidates including mobile phones.
8. No TA and DA will be paid for appearing in the said examination.
9. Only one OMR answer sheet shall be provided to each candidate.
10. Issue of Admit Card is provisional and the same does not necessarily mean acceptance of candidature which will be further scrutinised at subsequent stage of selection and Gauhati High Court reserves the right to reject the candidature of any candidate at any subsequent stage of selection process.
11. A candidate whose photograph is not clearly visible in the admit card is directed to bring two recent colour passport photographs in the Examination and in presence of invigilator, one photograph each shall be pasted in the attendance register and admit card and shall be signed across by the candidates.
12. Immediately after printing the Admit Card from the Gauhati High Court website, the candidate should check it very carefully and bring to notice of the Recruitment Cell, Gauhati High Court if any discrepancy is found.
