Diploma in Dairy Technology Programme – 2014-15
A competitive All India Entrance Examination will be held for admission to the Diploma in Dairy Technology on the 20th May 2014 at the following centres

Examination Centres:
National Dairy Research Institute, Karnal (Haryana)
Southern Regional Station of National Dairy Research Institute, Bangalore (Karnataka)
Eastern Regional Station of National Dairy Research Institute, Kalyani (West Bengal)

Duration : The Diploma of 3 year duration will be conducted at Southern Regional Station of National Dairy Research Institute, Adugodi, Bangalore from 1st August 2014

Eligibility:
Candidates having passed their 10th Standard or equivalent examination from recognized Board are eligible to apply for the Entrance Examination. The candidates due to appear for the final qualifying examination in 2014 may also apply, provided the results will be available on or before 31st July 2014.
The candidates must have secured at least 50% marks for General and OBC and 40% for SC/ST and Physically Handicapped Categories in the qualifying examination.

Age Limit: Minimum age limit for candidates shall be 15 years as on 31-07-2014 and the maximum age limit shall be 21 years. The maximum age limit for the in-service candidates shall be 45 years as on 31.07.2014.

Selection Process: The selection process is detailed in the Information Bulletin which may be carefully perused by the candidates.

Fee : Demand Draft for Rs.600/- drawn in favour of “ICAR Unit, NDRI, BANGALORE” payable on any Nationalised Bank at Bangalore

How to Apply:
1 Information Bulletin and Application Form can be obtained from the Incharge, Education & Training Section, National Dairy Research Institute, Adugodi, Bangalore – 560 030 by post from 21.03.2014 to 21.04.2014 by sending a Demand Draft along with a request stating the following information;
1. Name of the Candidate (in capital letters)
2. Full Postal Address with PIN code and Contact Number
3. Details of Demand Draft
Cheque/Postal Order/money order is not acceptable.

2 The Information Bulletin and Application Form are also available for purchase at the Education and Training Section of NDRI, Bangalore from 21.03.2014 to 26.04.2014.

4 The completed Application Form along with the necessary documents should reach the
