JOINT NATIONAL ENTRANCE EXAMINATION FOR WOMEN -2014

Entrance Exam will be Compulsory for these programs.
Merit will be based on Score of Entrance Examination.

General Programs: (Highlighted in GREEN COLOR or Table D)
NO Entrance Exam – Direct Admission:
Merit will be based on Percentage of Last Qualifying Exam i.e.
10th/12th/ Graduation Percentage (Whichever is applicable)
Admission Process
Complete Admission process can be done in below mentioned 4 Steps:

Step-1: Fill the Application Form:
You can Purchase Prospectus for Rs 200 from Authorized Form Sellers/Book Stores/ University Guardians.
You can also download the Form from the University Website- www.jvwomensuniv.com.

Step 2: Submission of the Form:
Fill the Admission Form completely & send along with the Demand Draft.
For Technical and Professional Program–Demand Draft of Rs 1000 (Application Fee).
For General Program–Demand Draft of Rs 500 (Application Fee).

Note: If candidate has not purchased Prospectus then she may download the Admission Form from website and send it to University along with Demand Draft as follows:
For Technical and Professional Program–Demand Draft of Rs 1200 (Prospectus & Application Fee).
For General Program–Demand Draft of Rs 700 (Prospectus & Application Fee).

Step 3: Information/ Call from University End.
Once Form is received by University, Candidate will receive a call from University Officials.
University Officer will have discussion about Admission Process. If candidate desires to appear in JNEE (University Entrance Exam), University Official will discuss about the Venue and Date of Entrance Exam and resolve all the queries related to Admission.

3A) University Entrance Exam-Joint National Entrance Examination-JNEE-2014, it is an Entrance Exam conducted by University in 4–5 rounds as Online Self Assessment cum Entrance Examination and University also conducts Entrance Exam in offline (Paper-pen) mode also.
Candidates have to send the JNEE score card (Qualified) along with Admission Form. If candidates do not qualify the Self Assessment cum Entrance Exam then they may re-appear without any extra fee.
OR
3B) If candidate has appeared/ appearing in any other Entrance Examination like Central/ State/ Institute /University Level Examinations such as JEE, AIPMT-NEET, GPAT, GMAT, GRE, CAT, CLAT, GATE, RPET, MPET, UPTU, WBEE, RMCAT, AIMA-MAT, LSAT, NAT, XLRI, SNAP, IPU, BHU,JNU,BIT etc then its Score Card is also valid for admission.

3C) Direct Admission (Without Entrance Examination) for general Programs.

Step 4: Merit Declaration and Announcement.
After Completion of all formalities, Merit List will be declared/ announced and Information will be provided to candidate by University Official.

University Executive will fix your Appointment for meeting with University Officers for deposition of Admission Confirmation Fee.

Admission Confirmation Fee – Rs. 18000/- (One Time Non Refundable)

If candidate wishes to avail the facility of Uniform from University, then Rs. 5000/- for Uniform Fee (Optional basis) shall be charged extra.

Caution Money (One Time Refundable), Tuition Fee, Examination Fee (Per Trimester/ Semester/ Year), Hostel Charges are not included in Admission Confirmation Fee & shall be charged separately.

Candidates may also send Admission Confirmation Fee to University directly by Registered Post / Speed Post or through Courier on above mentioned Address (Step No 2 in Admission Process).

JOINT NATIONAL WOMEN ENTRANCE EXAM PROCESS – 2014 :
Self Assessment cum Entrance Exam-(SAEE)-2014
This year, University is introducing a new concept for Entrance Examination namely “Self Assessment cum Entrance Exam 2014”. Through this concept, University shall be providing a platform to female aspirants for their self assessment by providing number of chances of attempts, free of cost. Besides this, aspirants will be having an option to make any of her better Score Card apply for considering her name in Merit list against admission in academic session 2014-15. University shall conduct an offline (Paper-pen) Entrance Examination also.

If she could not get good marks in 10th or 10+2 or Graduation level then scoring better in JNEE she may also get a chance of fee concession.

The JNEE-2014 (SAEE) is going to be conducted online on the dates mentioned below through your laptop of following configuration:

Internet speed 0.5 mbps minimum,
Operating system – Windows 7
Browser – Google Chrome – 2014

Date of Examination: Round I 20 April 2014
Round II 11 May 2014
Round III 25 May 2014
Round IV 8 June 2014
Round V Offline Exam -22nd June at University campus only.

Examination Process Option I:
You may appear in JNEE-2014 (SAEE) through Laptop on prescribed dates with following steps:

Go to University website and click JNEE (SAEE)-2014.
Three types of examinations A,B,C and D-Direct Admission list of programs are displayed on the screen of computer.
Move your cursor and click on the program in which you want to take admission.

Fill the online application form for JNEE (SAEE)-2014.
After successful submission of application form, e-Exam Superintendent (A column) shall ask for JNEE convenient date & time. After submitting the date & time, your Login Id & Password shall be displayed on computer screen. You have to save this Login Id & Password for future reference so that you may appear in Entrance Exam by using it.

e-Exam superintendent will provide you the Score Card (Either Qualified with Percentage or Non Qualified)after your examination.
If you qualify and are satisfied with your percentage then send it to University for considering your score for Merit for admission.

If you do not qualify or not satisfied with your percentage then you may reappear in JNEE(SAEE)-14 free of cost.

Click to reappear and mention your new date and time for examination according to the JNEE (SAEE)-14 schedule given above.

Appear in Examination again as per your submitted schedule and get Score card (Either Qualified with Percentage or Non Qualified).

If you again could not qualify exam or not satisfied with your score then you may reappear again in examination through the same process for as many number of times.
OR
Once you are satisfied with your score then send it to University for considering your score in Merit for admission.

The JNEE (offline) -2014 shall also be conducted offline.
Offline Examination Process option II
You may also appear in JNEE-2014(Offline) through paper-pen on 22nd June, 2014 with following steps:
Go to University website and click on JNEE-2014(Offline).
Three types of examinations A,B,C and D -Direct Admission list of programs are displayed on the screen of computer.
Move your cursor and click on the program in which you want to take admission.

Fill the online application form for JNEE-2014(Offline).
Get print out of application form and send it along with DD at University address.
After receiving your JNEE Application Form, University officer shall contact you for providing assistance regarding Offline JNEE.
