** This Application Is Addressed to the concerned Collector
** The Fields marked with * are compulsory.
** Application should be submitted 15 days prior to the event
** The Reference No. generated after submitting the application online should be maintained for tracking the status of the application.
** The prescribed fees wherever applicable shall be paid to the concerned office.

Note:
1. If it is found that the applicant questions set above are incorrect by benefit derived hereby be summarily cancelled.
2. Mention the place,timings and period for which permission is required beyond 10:00 pm stating clearly the reason for such extension.
3. A police Report in the case will be obtained.Permission will be granted 3 days before the event.
