Applications are invited for admission to MBA (120 seats) and MBA (SFS) (60 seats) 2 Year programmes run by the University School of Management for the session 2014-15 on the basis of CAT Score, Group Discussion and Interview.
Prospectus Code MBA-14 can be obtained by post from the Manager (PP), K.U. Kurukshetra by remitting Rs.850/- (Rs.250/- for SC/BC candidates of Haryana) by DD in favour of Registrar. Price at the counter is Rs.800/- (Rs.200/- for SC/BC candidates of Haryana). Prospectus can also be downloaded from the University Website : www.kuk.ac.in DD for Rs.800/- (Rs.200/- for SC/BC candidates of Haryana) must be attached with the downloaded Form. Last date for receipt of Application Form in the office of the Chairperson, University School of Management, K.U. Kurukshetra is 12.05.2014. Prospectus will be available for sale from 25.03.2014.

Eligibility Conditions and Procedure for Admission :
(a) Master of Business Administration (MBA)
(b) Master of Business Administration (MBA) SFS
(i) A person who has passed Bachelor’s Degree or Post-graduate Degree in any discipline from this University or from any recognized University with not less than 50% marks in the aggregate (45% marks in case of SC/ST candidates) shall be eligible to apply for admission to the MBA/MBA(SFS) First Semester course.
(ii) 5% relaxation in minimum eligibility condition will be given to blind/differently abled candidates.
(iii) There shall be no rounding off percentage of marks from 49.5% and about to 50% for the purpose of eligibility.
(iv) CAT candidate with minimum 30 percentile (25 percentile in case of SC/ST candidates) shall be considered.
(v) Candidate who has placed under compartment is not eligible for admission to MBA course.
(vi) Candidates must have appeared in CAT 2013 On-Line Test.
How to apply for admission :
1. Before filling the Application Form, the candidates should read the Prospectus thoroughly.
2. Application Form downloaded from website should be accompanied with a Bank Draft of Rs.800/-(Rs.200/- for SC/BC Candidates of Haryana) drawn in favour of the Registrar, K. U. Kurukshetra payable at Kurukshetra.
3. No Photostat copy of any certificate/document/testimonial be attached with the Application Form. All the necessary certificates/documents/testimonials, in original and two sets of attested Photostat copies of all such certificates/documents/testimonials, will be required at the time of Group Discussion & Interview.
4. All the particulars in the Application Form must be written carefully and legibly by the candidate in his/her own handwriting in English. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
5. All the entries in the Application Form should be filled. No entry should be left unfilled.
6. Affix the duly attested recent passport size photograph on the Application Form at the place meant for.
7. Self addressed Acknowledgment Card and envelop duly stamped and self addressed slips should be enclosed with the Application Form.
8. The Application Form duly completed in all respects in candidate’s own handwriting should reach in the office of the Chairperson, University School of Management, Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra- 136 119 on or before 12th May, 2014 by 5.00 p.m.
9. Application Form can be delivered personally or may be sent by Registered Post. Application Forms received after the closing date and time would not be entertained and rejected summarily. The Kurukshetra University shall not be responsible for postal or any other delay as well as loss of Application Form(s) or document(s) in transit.
