Under Graduate Aptitude Test (UGAT) :
Under Graduate Aptitude Test (UGAT) is a standardized test being administered by AIMA annually to screen the candidates for various under graduate programs such as BBA, BCA, BHM, integrated MBA etc.
UGAT bulletin is brought out along with the UGAT form and profiles the institutes/colleges/universities accepting UGAT score for information of the candidates. It gives wide visibility of the institutes among potential candidates. The candidates are given the option to indicate any five of the participating institutes/colleges/universities. The data and score of the candidates are provided to the institutes/colleges/universities indicated by the candidates. In addition, candidates are provided individual score card, which can be produced to any institute.
Institutes / colleges / universities can decide on the cut-off score for admission or for further screening based on the number of seats available.
Eligibility :
The minimum qualification is 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board. Students appearing / appeared in 10+2 can also apply.

Last Date of receipt of printout of UGAT Online Registration Forms at AIMA, New Delhi alongwith Demand Draft of Rs.500/- 02 May 2014 (Friday)
HOW TO APPLY :
Candidate can choose any ONE of the following modes to apply:
Obtain Form with UGAT Bulletin against cash payment of Rs 450/- from listed branches of Bank of Baroda, listed Study Centres of AIMA or from AIMA, Lodhi Road New Delhi
or
Obtain crossed Demand Draft (DD) of Rs 500/- in favour of ‘All India Management Association’ payable at Delhi from any Bank. Register online at website apps.aima.in/Ugat2014 alongwith the DD details. Detailed procedure is given on the website link.

Obtaining of Demand Draft (Pre-Requisite):
You have to provide certain details from the Demand Draft at the time of online registration. Therefore, you must have the Demand Draft ready before filling up the Registration Form.
You are required to obtain a Demand Draft for Rs.500/- drawn in favour of ‘All India Management Association’ payable at New Delhi , in advance.
Application submitted without the details of the Demand Draft will not be accepted.
Fill Online Registration Form:
With the Demand Draft ready, you can do online registration. You are to exercise sufficient care while furnishing the details. Recheck before submitting online as no editing is possible after submission.
After filling the form correctly, submit the same online.
An auto-generated Registration Number is allotted to you on successful submission of online registration form and will appear on print version of the Registration Form.
Before taking the print out, save the print version of application form using ‘SAVE AS’ function in the ‘FILE’ menu of the window.
After taking the print out, affix your passport size photograph in the space provided and attach the Demand Draft with the print version of application.
You must keep an additional copy of the application form for all future reference.
