Income Certificate Request :
Income Certificate request is applied by the citizen through the MeeSeva centers. This request can be accessed by the Tahasildhar and processed. The processing steps are provided below.

Procedure for Processing Request : –
Select “Income Certificate” from Application Processing

Note :
Tahasildhar can also process through the link “Request Process by Application No” or Dashboard in the Tahasildhar Login.

After selecting the “Income Certificate” in Application Processing, .

From above screen select from date & to date by using calendar controls.

Note :
Here, to date must be prior to Current date.

Select “Request Status (either All/Not Viewed/Open etc…)” from request status drop down list

Note :
Here, At First the Request is in “Not Viewed” Status

** After selecting “Request Status” from request status dropdown list, click on “Get Details” button
** After clicking on “Get Details” button, all Not Viewed Requests are displayed.
** After getting requests, select the Request which has to be processed.
** After selecting the request, .

Note :
Now the request is in Open status.

Here Edit Options are given to the Applicant Name, Father Name, Income Certificate Details and Permanent Address in the Tahasildhar Login.

Here, Tahasildhar downloads all the attached documents from “Documents Attached” panel by clicking on links.

After that, Tahasildhar downloads Verification/Proceeding dcuments by clicking on document link.

Note :
After downloading all Verification/Proceeding documents, MRI & VRO collect those documents from the Tahasildhar for field level enquiry.

After enquiry, the MRI & VRO submitted their report to the Tahasildhar.

Note :
if the Request is not belongs to this Mandal , then Tahasildhar Have an option to transfer request to respective Mandal by selecting the Transfer Request to other Mandal radio button and he can select the respective mandal, village name, enter the remarks and clicking on Transfer Button.

If the Request related to this Mandal, Then Tahasildhar uploads the Check List which is received from MRI & VRO.
Now Tahasildhar can take action (either Accept/Reject) based on MRI & VRO report.

Note :
Based on Tahasildhar action (either Accept/Reject), status (either Approved/Rejected) is generated.

If Tahasildhar wants to accept the request by checking the “Accept” Radio button.

After selecting the Radio button (“Accept”), Tahasildhar enter “Remarks” and click on “Sign” button.

After clicking on “Sign” button, Preview window will be displayed with Necessary details.

** Now clicking on OK button of Preview window.
** After clicking on “OK” button, digital certificate pop is generated.
** Now select the digital certificate and click on “OK” Button,
** After clicking on “OK” button, private exchange key popup will generate.
** Now clicking on “OK” button.
** After clicking on “OK” button “Income Fee Reimbursement certificate” is generated depends up on citizen request.

Note :
Now the request is in Approved status.

After Tahasildhar Approved/Rejected, Customer Received Message. Like your Request is Approved/ Rejected.

Delivery Type :
Once the request is approved by Tahasildhar, then Income Certificate Fee Reimbursement will be dispatched through courier from franchisee to the citizen’s address if Delivery Type is Speed Post Local/Non Local.

If Delivery Type Is Manual, then citizen collect the Income Certificate Fee Reimbursement from franchisee where he/she applied for the Certificate
