User Manual for TMI Admission process:
Note: The admission process works best on Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox Web browser.
Logon to http://www.tolani.edu/ and click on the link for Application form 2014 from Home page OR select “Admissions” tab,
and from the drop-down menu click on “Admissions 2014”.

If you have already enrolled for the process, enter your user-name and password here
Fill in these mandatory details
Select one of the two available options
Click on Apply and Sign-up and then you will be directed to the form
Also at this step, you will get an SMS on your registered mobile number and an e-mail regarding your User-ID and password.
On clicking submit, the confirmation page will appear, if you are unsure, click cancel and check all the fields, once the form is submitted it cannot be edited.
Once the form is submitted, you proceed to fee payment step.

There are 2 modes available for paying offline:
1. Cash payment in hand at TMI Induri
If you decide to pay by cash, you would need to visit TMI Induri and make the payment at the cash counter before the final submission date of the form.
2. Demand Draft
For payment using demand draft, you can either enter the demand draft details in the given fields or take the print out of the summary or in case you do not have the DD, you can also skip entering the details of DD and take the print of the summary. You will later have to fill in the details manually on the Application Summary print-out, failing to do so can lead to cancellation of your application.
If you select “I don’t have demand draft” then you need to manually write those details in your application summary before mailing it to TMI Powered by ALL@Me (All About Managed Education)
Particulars to be submitted to TMI, Induri via courier/speed-post:
1. Write “Application for Marine Engineering/ Nautical Technology, Dossier ID on the envelope.
2. Print the application form duly filled.
3. Print the application summary duly signed where indicated.
4. Three identical recent passport size photographs with name & Dossier ID written at the back.
5. Copies of Class X marksheet and Pass Certificate attested by Gazetted Officer.
6. Copies of Class XII marksheet and Pass Certificate attested by Gazetted Officer. Applicants who have not received these documents may submit a bona fide certificate from the head of the school or college where they appeared for these exams.
7. Downloaded copies of class XII marksheet from internet attested by school Principal. Candidates appearing for Class XII exam in 2014 may submit these copies after declaration of results
8. Attested Copy of School Leaving Certificate / Transfer Certificate (for proof of age).
9. Attested Copy of Birth Certificate (for proof of age and place of Birth).
10. Copies of Sports and Extra Curricular Activities (Class VIII and above only).
11. A demand draft for Rs. 1000/- favouring “Tolani Maritime Institute” payable at Pune or the receipt of online payment. Write your name, form number and contact details on the reverse of the Demand Draft.
