How to Pay Electricity Bill Through Mobile Phone?
** Download mobile phone application from below in your GPRS enable handset.
Please click on ‘Download’ to get the atom(Mobile based payments) MobileBanking application.

** After that install that application and then register yourself and create user ID and Atom PIN over their.

** Open the Atom Mobile application and select services then bill payment and KESCo after that enter your 8 digit electricity bill account number.

** You will get option to know your bill and pay your bill.To pay your bill you have to enter your credit card details and follow the instructions.

** After successful payment you will receive transaction reference number.You can use that reference number for further communication if needed.

Kanpur Electricity Supply Company Ltd. was formed on 14 January 2000 under U.P. Electricity reform act 1999. This company is registered for distribution of electricity in the area under Kanpur City (Urban) by U.P. Government Gazette No. 118/P.-1/2000/24-152-P./98 published on 13/01/2000. According to geographic condition the complete region of Kanpur Nagar Nigam is decided as the work area of KESCo.

Boundaries of above KESCo region are upto river Ganga in North, upto river Pandu in South, upto I.I.T. campus in West and upto villages of Chakari in East. The total area supplied electricity by KESCo is around 500 Square K.M., which comes in jurisdiction of Kanpur Nagar Nigam. Kanpur is the main hub of industries in North India.

  • I am not able to pay electricity bill for Kanpur from last one week. The link is showing network error.

    For last six months I was paying through above site only. But right now I am not able to pay.

  • Kindly provide customer care no for UP and online payment receipt not showing. So tell me the procedure.

  • I have paid my electric bill through online payment via debit card on 07:00 PM dated 14/05/2014. After 10 minutes I got the message that the bill amount has been deducted but after passing 1 hours and 30 minute there the receipt is not generated. The message continuously displayed on my computer screen that redirecting to merchant (Kesco gateway receipt acc)

    • Check whether the bill was paid or not. If not yet paid means mostly the amount will be refunded in your bank account again. If it is not refunded means please call customer care.
