1. Corporate Customer-Institution collecting payment from their beneficiaries.
2. User -The Beneficiary making a payment to Institution for the services availed.
3. Bank shall not be responsible, in any way, for the quality or merchantability of any product/merchandise or any of the services related thereto, whatsoever, offered to the User by the Corporate Customer. Any disputes regarding the same or delivery of the Service or otherwise will be settled between Corporate Customer and the User and Bank shall not be a party to any such dispute. Any request for refund by the User on any grounds whatsoever should be taken up directly with the Corporate Customer and the Bank will not be concerned with such a request.
4. Bank takes no responsibility in respect of the services provided and User shall not be entitled to make any claim against the Bank for deficiency in the services provided by the Corporate Customer.
5. The User shall not publish, display, upload or transmit any information prohibited under Rule 3(2) of the Information technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011.
6. In case of non-compliance of the terms and conditions of usage by the User, the Bank has the right to immediately terminate the access or usage rights of the User to the computer resource of the Bank and remove the non-compliant information.
7. The bank shall not be fiscally liable to the user in any manner on the happening of any of the following events.
a. Ignorance of the user viz. Students/Parents/ Remitter in using the Payment gateway Facility for the purposes other than the intended one.
b. On generation of the provisional receipt from the payment, the Bank is discharged from any liability to the user. However, the user viz. Student / Parent / Remitter is at liberty to approach the beneficiary viz. University/Institution for any query or clarification regarding the payment made.
c. The Bank’s Payment Gateway is equipped with the state of art technology in terms of transaction time, system uptime, security features etc. The payment through this medium is electronic mode of payment only. Let the user be aware that chances of failure of transaction may occur due to technical reasons or any other unforeseen circumstances.
