EPFiGMS:
EPFiGMS is an internet based grievance management system that has been developed by CSD in collaboration with the NIC, customized to the needs of the organisation. The EPFiGMS has been developed with a view to provide a single window platform that is able to record, acknowledge and track/monitor grievances till its final redressal.
The system would not only afford convenience to subscribers to register their grievances /queries without any spatial or temporal restrictions but should also prove to be of immense value to field offices in managing grievances. Subscribers can access the system from anywhere and all paper grievances can also be registered in the system.
It is loaded with several advanced features, most important being that movement of registered grievance guided by database which would track the registered grievance to any of the offices to which it might be related. Once a grievance is registered, system would generate a unique registration number and would auto generate acknowledgement letter directly to the subscribers e-mail (if provided).
EPFiGMS has a well defined escalation plan and allows thirty days time to each office to redress the grievance. If any grievance remains unattended up to thirty days, it would escalate to the next higher authority. In such instances, the subordinate office would become answerable to the higher authority to which grievances are escalated.
System also allows handling of grievances involving two or more offices e.g. transfer or pension cases, where one office can provide only partial redressal and remaining needs to be done by other office.
For effective implementation of EPFiGMS and monitoring of grievances “Nodal Grievance officers” are designated as follows :
** ACC(Zone)- Nodal Grievance officer for entire Zone
** RPFC-I (In charge of-Region)- Nodal Grievance officer for entire Region
** Officer-In-charge SRO- Nodal Grievance officer for entire SRO
Further, as matter of policy, maximum time admissible to a field office for redressal/reply of grievance is 30 days from the receipt of the grievance. The ownership of the grievance would lie with the office which has generated the grievance.
Each paper grievance received locally in the field offices have to be mandatorily registered in the EPFiGMS. It may be ensured that system is not bypassed in handling local grievances. Hence, necessary logistic support in this regard may be provided in each office; also facilitation center/PRO of each field office must be equipped with this system to register grievances of visiting subscribers.
For Successful implementation of EPFiGMS, It is important that its operation is performed under the supervision of Officer- in Charge/Nodal Grievances Officers as designated above. A detailed standard operating procedure is enclosed for information and guidelines.
An action taken report must be furnished within one week of receipt of this instruction

Hi,
I was hired by Datamatics to work for their Bangalore office from 14/03/2016. I was deputed to the client Honeywell from 14/03/2016. Datamatics told that I will be made permanent with Honeywell after one year of service. However, after one year of service, I was not made permanent with Honeywell. My manager from Honeywell who was from Tamil Nadu hired some junior level employees from his state and asked me to resign and took my resignation in Honeywell portal. However, the HR of Honeywell questioned him why I coming from Karnataka state could not be made permanent and refused to give id card, laptop to those junior employees.
However, Honeywell manager, through his friend at Andortech (which also supplies contractor to Honeywell) called and hired me to work for another client Target at a higher salary and told that it was an urgent contract and I need to join Target office in Bangalore from July 06 2018. After I joined Andortech and Target on July 06,2018, junior employees at Honeywell were transitioned. Once their transition completed, I was asked to resign from Andortech and return the laptop,badge on 11/05/2018.
However, in the PF portal, both Datamatics and Andortech had not updated my DOE even after 2 years. After several trips and requests, they have purposely made DOE at Datamatics as 06/07/2017 and Date of Joining at Andortech as 06/07/2017 even though my date of exit at Honeywell is 06/06/2017. Even though I have been trying to withdraw my PF since 2019, it is not successful. I tried to contact HR at Datamatics, Andortech and asked them to update Date of Exit, Date of Joining correctly, they are not responding. Datamatics has HR office at Mumbai and they transfer all PF related calls to that person in Mumbai who says he will help to withdraw my PF but since more than an year he has not helped to withdraw the PF. But gives reason that he is busy etc and he will call etc but never calls.He also asked for userid, password of EPFO portal.I also visited PF offices in Bangalore many times. They have not helped to withdraw my PF.
It has been more than 2 yrs I do not have a job and exhausted all the funds. Need to withdraw my PF. request your help to withdraw my PF immediately
logged a complaint in grievence portal but it is not supporting to check the status and getting the text message to check and approve for the final process please help how to check the grevience with registration number .

It is to put before you that I have lost my registered number and password for which its shows error whenever I go for login so I would like request you to register my mobile number and reset my new password for my convenient at the earliest. For this act of kindness I shall remain grateful and oblige to you now i humble request to the how can i change UAN registered mobile number? Only PAN card is but AADHAR is linked on my UAN number hence I m unable to apply for PF withdrawal process so I request you to please suggest me i wish that you will definitely suggest me and help me.

my ppo No MPUJJoo29470 recently my pension is released by the local office Ujjan as I registerred my grievance through EPFiGMS NO SRUJJ/E/2020/00105 without My query was pas pension is not calculated properly my ppo is showing 8 year 7 month and 15 days inspit of that I am member since 1984 copy of PF slip was also attached without reviewing of my grivance showing as closer proposal please see section 12 3 (b) for past pension
I will be thankful to the department if clear this grivance
