Institute of Pesticide Formulation Technology (IPFT) has been established / set up by the Department of Chemicals & Petrochemicals, Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers in the year 1991 to develop and promote safer, efficient, economic and environment friendly pesticide formulations.
In order to achieve this, the Institute of National importance, invites applications from Indian Nationals for the following Scientific & Administrative position(s). The Institute is looking for dedicated and committed candidates to fill up the following vacancy
1. Name of the post : Deputy Chief (Bioscience)
Pay Band & Grade Pay : Rs. 15,600-39,100; GP 7,600.00

Essential Qualifications & Experience : M.Sc. in Agriculture / Entomology / Plant Pathology with 7 years experience in the field in Central / State Govt. / PSUs / Universities / Research Institute of Repute / Laboratories / Reputed Private Companies. OR
(a) Ph.D. in Agriculture / Entomology / Plant Pathology with 4 years experience in the field in Central / State Govt. / PSUs / Universities / Research Institute of Repute / Laboratories / Reputed Private Companies.
(b) Evidence of contribution to research supported by published work / innovation
2. Name of the post : Specialist (Bioscience)
Pay Band & Grade Pay :Rs. 15,600-39,100; GP 5,400.00

Essential Qualifications & Experience : M.Sc. in Agriculture / Entomology / Plant Pathology with not less than 65% marks and 3 years experience in the field in Central / State Govt. / PSUs / Universities / Research Institute of Repute / Laboratories / Reputed Private Companies. OR
(a) Ph.D. in any one of the above branches.
(b) Evidence of contribution to research supported by published work / innovation.
