To apply online for counselling of PGT English, PGT Hindi and PGT Economics
This is for information of those selected candidates on the post of PGT Hindi, English and Economics who have submitted their preferences for school allocation online, and want to edit their preference application form, that the Department has decided to give a chance to edit the information given in the online application. Such candidates can visit the website pgtcounselinghry.in and can edit their application by following the guidelines given below, during the period from 22.2.2014 to 24.2.2014.
It is made clear that that if even after this, any information provided by them is found incorrect, it will result into an immediate strict disciplinary action, transfer to another station and /or cancellation of their posting order.
Guidelines for Editing Preference Form :
1. Login in to your account by entering your Login ID & Password
2. Click on Send Mail Button.
3. Message Window will appear. Type the information you wish to change in your application form. Click on Send Mail Button at the bottom of text box.
4. After sending the mail, the link for editing your application form will be activated in your login after approximately 5-10 minutes.
5. Kindly re login to make the changes in the application form you wish to make. Click on Print/ Edit Preference Form Button.
6. After the form is edited, kindly CONFIRM the application form.
7. If you fail to CONFIRM the application form, then your application will not be considered for Final Allocation.
