All the aspirants of UPPGMET 2014 are hereby informed that the details regarding the Examination Centre, Examination Time, Roll No. etc. for UPPGMET 2014 will be available for download on website from March 15, 2014 (Saturday) onwards.

2) Enter your D.O.B. (dd/MM/yyyy) e.g. For 18th March, 1985, please enter 18/03/1985

The aspirants of UPPGMET -2014 who are facing problem in downloading the Admit Card from Website can mail their details of application form to info@upumcwa.org or may contact to Coordinator – UPPGMET 2014 @ 9412761020 from 20th March, 2014 till 22nd March, 2014.

The candidates who have mailed their details within the aforesaid date will have to report at the Examination Centre on March 23, 2014 between 09:00 AM – 11:30 AM for getting the Duplicate Admit Card. They must carry the following:
1. Photocopy / Confirmation Page of the Application form of UPPGMET – 2014.
2. The proof of sending the Application Form i.e. the receipt of Speed Post / Registered Post.
3. Rs. 1500/- in cash (if the candidate’s form along with DD has not been received at the Coordinator’s Office). The amount deposited shall be refundable if the form will be received on any future date.
4. Valid Photo Identity Proof (in original as well as photocopy) like PAN Card, Voter ID, Driving License, Passport , AADHAR Card etc.
5. Two Recent Colored Passport Size Photographs.
