In which level you have asked for ref no? Since for reprint application form only the reg no is required.

The e-challan link of UP B.ed is not opening up on http://www.upbed.nic.in and when I am trying via other connected sites to generate The e-challan of sbi , its asking for some Bank Reference No., what does it mean, where do I get it from ?

You need your Bank Reference Number (Starting with 'CP') or Merchant Reference No to reprint the challan.
It is showing "Invalid Reference No" trying from last 6 hours.
