1. Name of the post: Technical Support Officer

Qualification(s) : Graduation in any field (preferably IT or Computer Science). Diploma / Certificate in Computer Hardware & Web Network Technology.
Work Experience : Minimum 3 years hands-on proven experience on computer hardware and networks
The desired candidate should have ;
** Good understanding of Operating Systems
** Knowledge and experience in maintaining network infrastructure, ICT systems including MS Outlook, database maintaining, etc.
** Good communication skill both written and verbal
**Ability to work as a team and coordinate
** Excellent problem solver, trouble-shooter and should be a quick learner
Compensation : Compensation of Rs. 40,000 – 60,000 per month will be paid for a deserving candidate.
Additional Information(s) :
i )The candidate should be not more than 35 years of age.
ii) There would be an initial contract for three years, which is extendable based on the performance of the candidate.

Work Experience : Minimum 5 years’ experience in BFSI sector
The desired candidate should have

** Excellent written and oral communication skills
** Good computer skills and familiarity with technology trends
**Ability to work as a team and coordinate
** Adapt and be a quick learner
Compensation : Compensation of INR 1-2 lakh per month will be paid for a deserving candidate
