Enroll Policy :
You need to be a registered user to enroll your policy. You can register yourself by clicking on ‘Register’ link on the login page.
Register Myself :
** Click on the ‘Register’ link on the login page
** Enter your ‘CustomerID’, ‘Policy Number’ and ‘Date of Birth’ correctly.
You can activate your account by one of the following two options :
** Click on activation link sent to your email id, OR
** Click on ‘Register Activation’ link on login page. Enter MPIN (Mobile Personal Identification Number) sent to you as SMS.
** Confirmation request send to your email ID and mobile number provided by you during registration will be automatically archived after 15 days of sending the confirmation link and MPIN to you.
Problem Registering :
Provided Wrong Email ID :
Incase you have provided wrong email ID. You can still register yourself by verifying MPIN. You can correct your email id by updating your profile.
Provided wrong mobile number :
Incase you have provided wrong mobile number verify yourself by clicking on the link sent to you on your email Id used while registering. You can correct your mobile number by updating your profile.
You will only be allowed to register once Customer ID, Policy Number and Date of Birth match with our records.
Procedure To Change Email ID :
** Login using username and password
** Click on ‘My Profile’
** Click on ‘Edit’ link in front of your email ID.
** Enter valid Email ID and ‘Save’
** Click on the link received in your email box for confirmation.
** Once you confirm your email ID, your email will be changed in our records.
Procedure To Change Mobile Number :
** Click on ‘My Profile’
** Click on ‘Edit’ link in front of your mobile number.
** Enter valid mobile number and click ‘Save’.
** Click on ‘Verify’ and enter MPIN sent to you through SMS.
Cannot view all the policies owned by me?
** During registration system will display all the policies registered under the ‘Client ID’ provided by you.
** Incase you have policies with different ‘Customer ID’ you are required to enroll such policies by submitting Enroll Policies Request. Click on ‘Enroll Policies’ link to submit that request.
Submit Enroll Policy Request :
** Click on ‘Enroll Policies Request’.
** Enter valid Customer ID or valid Policy Number and Date of Birth along with your remarks for registering more policies.
** Your request will be verified by customer care.
** On approval these policies will get enrolled in your account.
