You can pick up ” The Healing Card” at Apollo Hospitals* and all Apollo Pharmacies.

The Healing Card is a prepaid payment card which must have funds loaded to it prior to its use. Subject to the Available Funds on your Card, we may allow you to use The Healing Card for payment of following goods and/or services at Participating Apollo Outlets within India :
a. Purchasing medicines from Apollo Pharmacies;
b. Purchasing fast moving consumer goods from Apollo Pharmacies.
c. Availing all out-patient services (e.g. OPD investigation, health check-up, diagnostic services etc.) at Apollo Hospitals; (Collectively referred to as “Permitted Activities”).

It is clarified that The Healing Card shall not be used for payment of any kind of in-patient services. 2.2 The Healing Card is a non-interest bearing card and the value associated with The Healing Card is not insured.

Availability And Activation Of The Healing Cards :
The Healing Card can be purchased only from any of the Participating Apollo Outlets. The Healing Card will be issued with minimum Available Funds of Rs. 1,000 (Rupees One Thousand) and maximum Available Funds of Rs. 45,000 (Rupees Fourty Five Thousand).

Part Payment By The Healing Cards :
The Healing Card can be used to make payment, either in full or in part, for the Permitted Activities. In the event part payment is made by The Healing Card, you will be responsible for making balance payment to the concerned Participating Apollo Outlets through a payment method acceptable to such Participating Apollo Outlets.

Agreeing To The Terms And Conditions :
You agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.

Fees, Validity, Expiry And Reloading Of The Healing Card :
Fees :
We will not charge any fees for the issuance, activation, use or reloading of The Healing Card.

Validity and expiry :
The Healing Card will be valid for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of activation or the last reload date, whichever is later. Upon expiry of The Healing Card, the Available Funds in The Healing Card will stand forfeited.

Reloading :
The Healing Card can be reloaded at any of the Participating Apollo Outlets prior to the expiry date. The Healing Card can be reloaded with a minimum amount of Rs. 500 and a maximum amount of Rs. 45,000, subject to the total Available Funds in the Healing Card not exceeding Rs. 49,999. You can reload value onto The Healing Card by using a credit card, debit card or cash by visiting any of the Participating Apollo Outlets.

No Cash Redemption Or Refunds Allowed And No Clubbing Of Offers :
** The Healing Card is an irredeemable and a non-refundable card. The Healing Card will neither be redeemed for cash nor the Available Funds be refunded.
** No cash refund will be allowed for goods returned purchased through The Healing Cards, Such goods can only be exchanged with other goods of same value or higher by paying the difference with any other mode of payment.
** The Healing Card should not be used to make payments at any of the Participating Apollo Outlets while availing any discounts, offers, incentives or promotional schemes by whatever name called, except for the discounts specifically offered on The Healing Card.

Stolen, Lost And Damaged Cards :
** You are responsible for the use and safety of your Card. You must treat The Healing Card like cash, since it cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Once lost or stolen, we have no obligation to issue a duplicate card with the Available Funds. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the loss or theft of The Healing Card.
** In the event of The Healing Card being damaged and therefore unfit for use, we may replace The Healing Card. The Healing Card so replaced shall have such Available Funds as may appear, at the time of exchange of the damaged Card, on the system of the concerned Participating Apollo Outlets.

Complaint Handling :
** You should monitor your transactions and account balances of your Card closely.
** We reserve the right to correct the balance of your Card account, if we believe that a clerical, billing or accounting error has occurred.
** If you have questions regarding your transaction history or any correction, or if you dispute any transaction or correction that has been assessed against your Card, please email us at thehealingcard AT apollohospitals.com.
** We will conduct an investigation and communicate the results and correct any error that we identify as soon as we complete our investigation. If no error is found, we will communicate it to you.

No Warranties :
We are not responsible or liable to you (i) for any interruption in your use of The Healing Card, (ii) for the quality, safety, legality, or any other aspect of any Permitted Activities purchased from any of the Participating Apollo Outlets through The Healing Card. If you have a dispute with Participating Apollo Outlets, you agree to settle the dispute directly with such Participating Apollo Outlets, except for the dispute arising in relation to the use of The Healing Card.

Amending The Terms And Conditions :
** We may amend the Terms and Conditions at any time for security, legal, regulatory or valid business reasons. We will post the terms of the modified Terms and Conditions on our websites at www.apollopharmacy.in and www.apollohospitals.com.
** Any change, addition or deletion, including change in the maximum and minimum reloading amounts, will become effective at the time we post the revised Terms and Conditions on our websites. The change, addition or deletion will apply to your future and existing The Healing Cards.

Assignment :
We may assign all or part of the Terms and Conditions without such assignment being considered a change to the Terms and Conditions. The company or other entity to whom we assign the Terms and Conditions will have the same rights and obligations as we did before the assignment and we will ensure that it agrees in writing to be bound by the Terms and Conditions so that your rights under this Terms and Conditions are not detrimentally affected.

Cancellation Of The Healing Cards :
We may suspend or terminate The Healing Card at any time by intimation through our websites at www.apollopharmacy.in and www.apollohospitals.com. We need not, however, intimate where we have serious grounds for considering that immediate termination is required. If we terminate The Healing Card in circumstances where you are not in breach of the Terms and Conditions, we will issue credits equal to the Available Funds held in The Healing Card less any amounts that you owe us.
