Guidelines for Registration of Applicants to Register :
** In order to fill up the details of Registration form, Please Create your User Name and Password. Using this User Name & Password you can login into your account.
** Register yourself in District Employment Exchange of your resident district.
** As soon as the entries of form are filled up successfully, you will get a Temporary Registration Number which will remain valid exactly for 30 days. This temporary registration no. will serve the basis of Permanent Registration Number.
** In order to get Permanent Registration Number please visit selected District Employment Exchange within 30 days and get your entries verified with original Mark Sheets, Date of Birth, Domicile, Caste , Experience Certificate, etc. to get NCO code, which will ensure Permanent Registration Number.
** You will be sponsored in case of Permanent Registration Number only. This will remain alive for 3 years along with 2 months grace period.
** You should renew your registration in the renewal month mentioned on the card and in the account with the grace period of 2 months. Otherwise your registration will expire and you will lose your seniority and other related benefits.
** You may update your Local Postal Address.
** You are advised to frequently access your account so as to get maximum benefits from the portal and emerging trends in Jobs.

What is the registration process in the Employment Exchange? :
You have to produce all original certificates which will be returned to you after registration and verification of the entries at the same time.
What is the renewal period ? :
Three years along with the grace period of 2 months.
Can we renew by post ? :
Yes. You will have to send a self addressed postcard along with an application for the renewal
In case we do not get a reply in a month about our renewal status, what should we do?
You must approach the Employment Exchange personally.
Can an illiterate register his/her name ? :
Yes.
Will I be informed when a job is notified which fits my seniority and qualification? :
No. It is not possible to inform all candidates whenever a job is notified (a demand is received from an employer) which fits his qualifications. This is because of the very large number of such candidates. In such cases only those candidates may be inform

Yes. Your name will be submitted based on office records / computer records. You may apply for issuing a duplicate identity card.
Will I get the benefit of my old seniority if I add any educational qualification? :
