I have applied for Learner's License using online mode of application on 10/03/2014 but I could not appear at transport office on my appointment date. Now I want to know whether I will have to apply again for license or I can carry my one month old registration details with me. And what are the other documents I have to carry along with registration details to get the license as soon as possible. Thank you
