Any one possessing a valid credit card or debit card can make payments through OdishaOnline. OdishaOnline has also tied up with various banks, providing direct debit facility. If you have access to net banking for any of the banks with which OdishaOnline has tied up with, you can make payments through OdishaOnline.

To register online follow the steps given below :
** On the OdishaOnline portal, click the Register link.
** The Registration page opens.
** Fill in relevant details. Your registration is complete.

Online Electricity Bill Payment Procedure :
After Login by entering UserId and Password :
** Select the appropriate link as per the service provider(CESU)
** Keep the phsyical bill before payment
** Know the following in the bill provided by CESU.
** Consumer No, Rebate Date, An amount before due date, An amount after due date, Division like (BCCD-1,BCCD-2,CDD-1,CDD-2 etc).

Payment Modes :
** Payment can be done through CSC Centers, CSC Centers is an authorized agent of OdishaOnline through SCA’s who can make payment on behalf of citizen and citizen has to pay cash to the CSC Centers.
** Payment can be done through Credit/Debit Card Facility for citizen.
** Payment can be done through Net banking or Debit Card for citizen.

** The 16/19 digit number in the Credit/Debit card
** The Expiry Date in MM/YY format displayed in the card(Not mandatary for Maestro Cards).
** The CVV Number ( 3 digit code written on the back side of Visa/Master Credit/Debit Card, Not mandatary for Maestro Cards).
** The Master Card Secure Code/Verified By Visa Password ( If Citizen donot have, they can generate on-line while making payment).

Duplicate Reciept :
You can go to “My Transactions” in the home page of citizen and search the transaction and can take a duplicate recipet. Duplicate reciept can be obtained by clicking “Ref No” link.

Or You can go to “My Transactions” in the home page of citizen and search the transaction .Check if the transaction no is found in pending list of transactions and click “verify from bank” link and and verify the payment details from the bank for that particular transaction and can regenerate the reciept.
