View Bills & Payment Details Online :
** Visit our website dnhpdcl.in, on the page look for Consumer Services menu. In that click on the link name View Bills and Payment Details Online.
** A popup window will appear with Consumer Login. In this page new user must click on Consumer Registration to create their Account for Bill Payment.
** Register your account with the given details and click the submit button.
** A new page regarding confirmation of your Account registration will appear, click on continue.
** Once you have created your Online Account, Login with your registered User Name and Password.
** After you have Logged In Home page of Online Payment will appear with menu showing Home, Bill View, Pay Bill, Transaction Detail, Change Password, My Account and Log Out.
** At the left of the page your registration name will be displayed with welcome.
** When you click on Bill View you Payment Status will be displayed with Latest Bill Detail as first row of the Table.
** On the right side of the Payment Status there is a view button that will show you the full Bill Details that can be printed.
** After clicking on the View Button, Detail Bill View of the Consumer is displayed which can also be printed.
** This menu displays the Latest Bill and the Amount Payable by the Consumer with Consumer Details.
** If the payment is already done the Payable Amount will be zero else payable amount will be displayed.
** Click on Make Payment Button to go to Payment Gateway for payment of the bill.
** After clicking on Make Payment you are redirected to Payment Gateway where there are options for payment like Internet Banking & Debit Card.
** Follow the procedure to make the payment as instructed on the Payment Gateway Website.
** After you have successfully made payment through payment gateway you are redirected to our page with payment detail and status.
** Once the payment is successful do not forget to print receipt that is generated on our site.
** This menu will display only the transactions that are made online and also you can print the receipt of the successful transaction.
** This menu is for changing the current password to new password.
** This menu shows you the details of your account that was given during registration.
** You can also change basic details.
** This menu is to log out from your account.
** Incase you forgot your Password or User Name click on forgot password link.
** Select what you have forgotten from the given options and click Continue.
** Please provide with your Service Connection No stated as Account No and captcha code and click submit.
** Captcha code is case sensitive.
** Your User Name with Account No will be displayed.
** Enter your User Name and captcha code and click submit.
** Your User Name, Account No and Hint Question that you had given during the registration will appear.
** Answer the Hint Question and click Submit.
** When it is verified Enter New Password for your Account.
** Confirmation of password change request will appear click Continue.

Excess bill payments will be adjusted in the next billing cycle.

Terms & Conditions :
1. I/We agree and accept the services provided by DNHPDCL at my/our request to carry out my/our bill payments through Infinity instructions on my/our account, given by me/us from time to time.
2. I/We agree to provide my/our correct identification details as registered with the billing company. I/We agree to indemnify the Bank from any liability due to incorrect information in this regard. I/We also agree to communicate any change in identification details as registered with the billing company to the Bank within the time specified by the Bank.
3. I/We have no objection whatsoever, to the billing company providing my/our billing details to the Bank.
4. While the Bank will take all reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of the billing details, the Bank is not liable for any error. I/We shall not hold the bank responsible for any loss, damages, etc. that may be incurred / suffered by me/us, if the information contained turns out to be inaccurate/incorrect.
5. I/We agree that any disputes on bill details will be settled directly with the concerned office of the DNHPDCL and the Bank’s responsibility is limited to provision of information only.
6. I/We agree that we will make bill amount payments as required by the DNHPDCL. I/We will not hold the Bank responsible for the biller rejecting the bill amount because of incorrect or incomplete entries.
7. I/We agree to pay full amount of electricity bill otherwise my/our connection is liable for disconnection and delay payment charges will be livable on full bill amounts as per DNHPDCL’s rules.
8. I/We agree that charges, if any, for the Bill Payment services will be at the sole discretion of the Bank and the Bank is at liberty to vary the same from time to time, without giving any notice.
9. I/We agree that the record of the instructions given and transactions with the Bank shall be conclusive proof and binding for all purposes and can be used as evidence in any proceeding.
10. I/We agree that the Bank/DNHPDCL is at liberty to withdraw at any time the Bill Payment facility, or any services provided there under, in respect of any or all the account (s) without assigning any reason whatsoever, without giving me/us any notice.
