In terms of the Department of Panchayat & Rual Development, Joint Administrative Building, (6th to 9th Floors), HC — 7, Sector — III, Bidhannagar, Kolkata — 700 106’s Memo No. 245 / PN / O / 1/ 5 / 2013 dt. 17.01.2014, applications in prescribed proforma are, hereby, invited from the superannuated WBCS (Exe) Officers or Superannuated Government Officers in general or persons superannuated from Public Undertakings (Central / State), preferably resident of the Bankura District & who are physically fit and mentally alert , having age 61 years as on 31.03.2014 & no vigilance case pending against them for on one year contractual reengagement for the temporary post of Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to the Sabhadhipati of the Bankura Zilla Praishad for the purpose of providing secretarial support to the sabhadhipati.
The eligibility criterion of the candidates (Regarding qualification, age, number of vacancies, remuneration etc.) are mentioned below.
Eligibility criterion : Only the superannuated WBCS (.Exe) Officers or Superannuated Government Officers in general or persons superannuated from Public Undertakings (Central / State), preferably resident of the Bankura District & who are physically fit and mentally alert are eligible to apply.

Remuneration : The remuneration of the superannuated officers to be contractually reengaged on purely temporary basis in the aforesaid post will be fixed in terms of the Fiancne (Audit) Department’s N0. 3951 — F dt. 27.05.2009 of which the remuneration will be equivalent to the last pay drawn minus pension.
The interested candidates may apply on thick foolscap size White durable paper, in the prescribed format attached herewith. The application form duly filled in closed cover with specific superscription of the said post applied for may be submitted by post or dropped in _the ‘Drop Box’ placed near the Receiving Section of the Bankura Zilla Parishad during office hours between 15.02.2014 17.03.2014 on all working days. Interview would be called on with short—listed candidates after scrutiny of the applications.
