RESULT OF WRITTEN EXAMINATION HELD ON 16.12.2012 UNDER CEN No. 04/2012 FOR VARIOUS POSTS OF TECHNICIANS PUBLISHED ON 04.02.2014.

On the basis of their merit position in the written examination held on 16.12.2012 and their options for various posts of Technicians (viz., categories no. 01, 02, 03, 08, 12, 13, 17 & 18) under Centralised Employment Notification No.04/2012, the following candidates (listed category-wise in ascending order of last six digits) are directed to appear for verification of their documents as per schedule given below.

NOTE: Waitlisted Candidates (up to 30% extra of the vacancies) are also directed to appear for verification of documents as per schedule given below. However, their final empanelment will depend entirely upon the fulfilment of all the conditions of eligibility as notified under CEN No. 04/2012 and availability of vacancies.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS :
1. Final allotment of categories (except category 01) to successful candidates will be made on the basis of their final merit position-cum-option subject to eligibility (as per para 1.05 of CEN–04/2012). Therefore, the above-mentioned allotment is liable to change after completion of the Document Verification.
2. In case the above-mentioned candidates do not receive their call-letters for any reason, they should still report at RRB, Siliguri for the Document Verification as per the given schedule.
3. Candidates are advised to bring all their original documents, viz.,
(i) Matriculation certificate as proof of age/date of birth
(ii) Qualification certificate relevant to the post recognized by appropriate authority (NCVT/SCVT/AICTE) as applicable and notified under CEN No. 04/2012
(iii) SC/ST/OBC certificate in prescribed format (if applicable). OBC candidates must produce current OBC certificate indicating ‘non-creamy layer’ status along with the original of the same OBC certificate that was submitted with the application form
(iv) No Objection Certificate (NOC) from present employer if employed in Central/State govt. OR Govt. Undertakings
(v) Candidate’s portion of the call-letter for the written examination
(vi) Original call letter for the Document Verification
(vii) Two recent colour passport-size photographs (not to be attested)
(viii) Candidate should also bring two (02) sets of photocopies of all the above-mentioned certificates duly attested by a gazetted officer with name and official stamp.

4. Candidates may have to stay on beyond the days mentioned above and come prepared accordingly.
5. Candidates will not be paid any travelling/daily allowances under any condition.
6. The candidature of all the above-mentioned candidates is provisional and subject to their fulfilling the eligibility criterion as per notification. Please note that this call for Document Verification by itself, does not entitle a candidate to appointment in the Railways.
7. While every care has been taken in preparing the above results, RRB, Siliguri reserves the right to rectify any inadvertent error or typographical/printing mistake.
8. RRB, Siliguri regrets the inability to entertain any correspondence from unsuccessful candidates.
