1. Name of Post: Medical Technologist (Lab) Gr. III

Essential:
Passed Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination or it’s equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Biology and a two Year diploma course in Laboratory Technologist recognized in the Government of West Bengal. OR
One year diploma course in Laboratory Technology from any University/ Institution recognized by the Government of West Bengal; where basic qualification for undergoing the said course is B.Sc.
Desirable: One year training after acquiring diploma in Laboratory Technology recognized by the Government of West Bengal in any Govt. Hospital or in a Clinical Establishment licensed under the West Bengal Clinical establishment Rules, 2003.
2. Name of Post: Medical Technologist [X-Ray (Radiodiagnostics)] Gr. III

Essential: Passed Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination or it’s equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Biology and a two Year diploma course in Radiography (Diagnostics) DRD (Tech) recognized in the Government of West Bengal.
Desirable: One year training after acquiring diploma in Radiography ( Diagnostics ) DRD (Tech) recognized by the Government of West Bengal in any Government Hospital or in a Clinical Establishment licensed under the West Bengal Clinical establishment Rules, 2003. OR A Postgraduate diploma in Radiography (Diagnostics) DRD (Tech) from any recognized University.
3. Name of Post: Medical Technologist (ECG) Gr. III
No. of post : 45
Essential: Passed Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination or it’s equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Biology and a two Year diploma in ECG Technology recognized by the Government of West Bengal.
Desirable: One year training after acquiring diploma in ECG Technology recognized by the Government of West Bengal in any Government Hospital or in a Clinical Establishment licensed under the West Bengal Clinical establishment Rules, 2003. OR A Postgraduate diploma in ECG Technology from any recognized University.
Age: Not less than 18 Years and not more than 40 Years as on 1st. January, 2014.
Scale of Pay: Rs.7100/- — Rs.37600/-, [PB 3, Grade Pay – Rs. 3600/-]. Other allowances will also be admissible as per existing Government Rules.
Fee : Candidates must submit the application fee amounting to Rs. 160/- (rupees one hundred & sixty) only either by Net Banking or Offline through Bank Counter in any branch of Banks participating in the GRIPS ( Govt. Receipt Portal System ), Govt. of West Bengal through duplicate challan, as generated after filling up the online application Form. Govt. Receipt Head of Account is ‘0051-00-104-002-16’.
